Darwin and the sales management staff is excellent. The dealership is a no hassle dealership which is excellent with pricing and everything!! Everything was excellent until you get to financing. The no haggle pricing went out the door. Financing team, all they do is haggle. Sales staff was excellent but financing team need to be professional and trustworthy, and truthful. Sales staff get a 10 excellent rating. Financing staff get a negative rating for the hassling and not being honest or truthful….

Dealership was nice. Darwin (salesperson) was very professional and a great representation of the dealership. Only caveat is there not being upfront in the description that there was significant damage (indentation size of football) on the driver passenger side of the vehicle. Vehicle steering wheel is not functioning properly very slow to adjust. Vehicle appears to have taken on water and/or exposed evident on driver side.

The car hadn't been cleaned or services for customer to have interest in buying it. Driver side mirror had tape on it and the brake rotors was all cut up from worn pads. The front bumper was damaged on the passenger side and other small things that needed to be looked at.

Car was loaded with aftermarket mods and felt down on power. Paddle shifter was broken. Dealer would not budge on price because they “would lose money”. Not my fault they overpaid for a broken car. I walked and I’m glad I did because I test drove a bone stock one later and it felt much stronger. Do not do business here. I do not recommend.

Quick to respond when they want your money but "slow as molasses" when you ask for documentation such as inspection report or up to date photos. This car, in particular, was sold and then bought back with only 1,000 miles put on according to the listing. I sent emails and texts to 3 different people. NOTHING. Awful service. The dealer lacks transparency and professionalism.

Test drove the car during closing and continue discussions the very next day. We agreed on price and trade in value and agreed on a time to show up that same day two hours later. Salesman text me 1hr later that same vehicle was being looked at by someone else and 30 mins later it was sold. Had they told me from the initial start no vehicle can be held, then why did they agreed for me to show up two hours later after all terms were verbally agreed upon? Terrible practice

Salesman Sergio has also treated me as VIP. Midtown BMW has the best service when it comes to car buying. Other BMW dealerships have me wait or show no interest in assisting me on the lot. Not Midtown.

The purchasing process was extremely easy! After I drove the vehicle home, I noticed a day later that there were some scratches and a chip in the windshield. The dealership fixed the problems and detailed the vehicle without any charge or problem. Nicolae, my sales representative, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

What could have been a bad experience, Drew and Travis turned into a Happy day and I took home the car I wanted, fast and easy, only reason I gave them 4 stars was the financing guy I had originally was not helpful or friendly, didn’t even want to work the deal. The car shown was listed before their team had even inspected it. Time wasted to go test drive a car that obviously had problems. The salesperson assigned to me, however, was very nice and did try his best to find me a suitable alternative.

I would not rate them very well. Called and text since Saturday, when car was being service. They advised me I can see it on Monday. Figured it would be reserved, not happening. When I got there the had advised me it was sold. Even saw the person whom brought it. Wished they let me see it Saturday when I wanted to. Went with other options. Reviewing the other reviews, saw I guess that I am not the only one whom doesn't see this Dealership very well. Went to another dealership today. Had car reserved and brought it home. Only difference it was in white. Wish I can give them a lower rating. Very poor customer experience and no personalized touch.

Initially seemed courteous and willing to help. However after determining the vehicle did not have a feature I needed, this dealer tried to push me into a vehicle I didn’t want, refused to help me with 2 vehicles I did want, began to treat me with lack of respect, and told me they were frustrated with me. I bought the vehicle I wanted from another dealer.

The first time salesman and manager I deal with I would have to give an overall rating of 2 stars because of the lack of follow up communication. The second time around when I deal with the general manager Chuck and the salesman Adam Bekkali I had an great experience. I was able to get the address my concerns with the vehicle and receive confirmation that the repairs would be completed.

Easy experience, Contacted right away, bought car same day. Although the reason for the 4 stars is because we were there for 10 hours and paid cash for the car. They were shady with the steps they were taking while waiting for the car to be cleaned. Nothing we specifically wanted fixed before buying was after waiting all day.

Very disappointed in condition of car! Car had not been detailed and had not been looked over by mechanic. Salesman was not knowledgeable of car, it was like they were trying to sale before having to put time and money into car. I could barely drive car and I drove a long way to see it.

I was in contact with Luis Ventura about the Denali on 9/21/21 and told him that I was leaving that evening so that I could check out the car the next day. I live 385 miles from Houston, so I asked him what it would take for him to hole the car for one day. He said if I wired $500 to their dealership, they could hold it for me. He said that as long as I text the bank wire receipt to him showing the wire had been processed, it would be held for me for one day. 3 hours after I sent the txt, Luis called me and advised me that another salesman had sold the car they were supposed to hold for me. I ask you, what type of business treats their customers this way? Today is October 12th and they still have my $500 deposit. I called to talk to Mo, the used car sales manager but have not been able to talk to him about this experience I had. He won't even return my call. This is the most unacceptable experience ever imagined. I would advise anyone- don't do business with Advantage BMW Midtown..

Hector was an absolute perfect salesperson, in every way. He took many extra pics & videos for us! He test drive it for us, checked the windshield and paint for defects! An absolute professional in every aspect of the inquiry! My granddaughter decided that she needed a 2dr, instead of their 4dr. Otherwise, we would have made an offer for Hector's! Highly recommend them, & especially Hector, if you like being treated & appreciated as a REAL CUSTOMER!!!

Disappointing... their acceptance of my full price offer was followed up with an email stating only that the car had sold. Shortly afterwards I get an email from Cargurus stating that the car had sold the day before.

We liked this Ford escape the most. Very cool and we'll optioned. Sales staff had it clean and ready for a test drive. Clean car. No problems at all. Missed out on it though...But a great experience for first time Advantage BMW customers. Thank you very much.

They are responsive & continually maintain good communication throughout the process. They make a point of setting and communicating realistic timelines & meeting them. Simply making an effort to sell me on the car I chose to test out distinguished them from other dealerships. They trusted me to test drive without dealership staff, a comforting Covid-era move. Made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested and received phone call when I was 15 miles away, after driving 80 miles, stating that the vehicle I wanted to see had been sold that morning. The earliest appointment they would give was 11:00 a. m. due to sales meetings. The dealership opens at 9.....I find it really hard to believe they sold it that morning! But, they wanted me to come on down and look at what they did have.... like a Kia Sportage or a Volkswagon Tiguan.....I was interested in a Lincoln MKX! No comparison!

Great experience...I flew to Houston from D/FW to make this deal after seeing the car online. They even arranged an Uber ride from the airport—thanks! The location is quite awkward to get to, but otherwise the transaction went through without a hitch...no unpleasant surprises, helpful, responsive professionals throughout the dealership. The vehicle was being driven my the GM's friend per one of the sales rep. They never was able to give a definite day as to when the vehicle would be back on the lot so that I could test drive it. Then I was asked to put down a "holding" fee in the vehicle, but i was uncomfortable about that because someone else was driving the vehicle around. I asked was the GMs friend planning to purchase the vehicle and the sales rep could not give me a definite answer so I declined paying a "holding" fee. On Monday I contacted the dealership again and the vehicle still wasn't back yet. On Tuesday my boyfriend spoke with the sales rep that we was working with pertaining some things that was on the carfax, well approximately 2 hours after their conversation the sales rep contacted me, instead of my boyfriend to let me know the vehicle had been sold.

Horrible experience with this dealership. The sales lady was very rude. She was more focused on selling this vehicle above sticker price than being competitive with pricing. She insisted that it was not in their best interest to provide competitive pricing. So I bought my Bmw elsewhere.

Very nice care, clean almost like new. Sergio was average with customer service. Moreover; I would have purchased but when he brought me the total cost, the price of the car went from $9441 to $10,991. (NO EXPLANATION WHY) I tried to get it for the advertised price,but I was told that it sold. Well, there you have it.

After being contacted by dealership I drove all the way to the dealership to be showing another car and was told that the car was still and owners position and if I was interested in seeing other cars and later told that they did not get the car but yet it was on site as if they owned it

I had made an appointment for a Saturday to look at a specific car, but had to cancel. I had knee surgery a few weeks before this, and was having complications. I sent an email, but the gentleman contacted me at 8:20 that morning by phone. A little early for the weekend, but he was a very nice guy. Then, later that day, he sent me an email that had no subject, and just that the car sold in the body. A little abrupt to send to someone who is a current BMW owner, with great credit, and looking to trade in my 2011 car. Again, he was very nice and knowledgeable, just kind of a weird turn of events.

First of all,the sales guy told me the car was available, after I told him I was from out of town, he responded by telling me that he would call me back to get me the best possible deal,thinking he was sincere, he called me back saying that somebody had left a deposit, so I waited a couple days called from different number saying that the car is available an asked me when would like to come in an take it for a test,very unprofessional not good for business

I sent the dealer a note indicating my interest and after a few text messages I scheduled a visit on my lunch break. I was assured the car would be ready for me an hour before my appointment, though my salesperson would be unavailable. When I arrived I waited a bit and was shown a different car and told that I should test drive it. I told the person I wanted to test the car I would be buying. After waiting five minutes, the salesperson told me the car was getting the tires replaced. This felt like a bait and switch. A truly bad experience.

I actually visited Advantage Clearlake, not Midtown. Everything went well. The sales rep. was very informative about the models, fuel consumption, comfort, ride & handling, warranty, etc. Only one tiny issue. My appointment was very early in the morning (9 am ) and my sales rep already had bad B.O. This made my test driving experience very uncomfortable, b/c instead of enjoying the scent of new leather, I was smelling his B.O., clearly from being out the night before. Aside from the B.O., he was VERY Professional, courteous and informative.

Lied to me. I had called them about a car equivalent to the one I was looking at in Dallas. But Advantage's was $3,000 more and they couldn't come down. They said they called Legends in Dallas and was told the car I was going to buy was already sold. I called immediately and it was not sold and I bought it.

They were quick to respond and have me 2k more on my trade to make the deal work. I suggest coming with your own financing because the rate offered by BMW was nice but the down payment requested was high. Overall really goo experience and I will go back for my next bmw purchase.

Not worth the trouble. Offered me $3,000 below what the local dealer offered me for my trade. They even offered $1,000 below what Carmax offers to buy your car out right! And I own a BMW, so a BMW dealership should come in at a better price.
