Alen and everyone that worked at AAC were awesome! Helpful and informative, no BS, and Alen allowed me to leave the car there until I was able to pick it up. Every car in the lot looked clean and great, if the car I went to buy wasn’t available I would have been happy to purchase anything else in the lot. Worth the drive for great service and exactly the car I was looking for.

Alen and his dealer proved to be what a dealer should be: kind, curious, and open to fixing any concerns with the car. I was provided the carfax and Alen agreed to put new tires, adjust handbrake, and recharge the AC making the car 100% ready for my wife and kids. I could not ask for a better dealer.

I could not have asked for a better expereince from Advance Auto Group. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries and had many great vehicles to choose from. I both emailed and called the dealer with specific questions and they were very professional and very responsive. We did end up purchasing a vehicle from them. We asked if they could hold it for us as we were driving over 3 hours to look at it and they kept their word. I have not met a business person with more integrity than Alen. The vehicle was exaclty as described and the price was quite fair. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Advance Auto Group.

I met with Alen. Real nice guy. I can't deny it he drove a hard bargain but the vehicle needed like two little things and he didn't hesitate to make it right. I couldn't pick the vehicle up right away he said don't even worry about it I got plenty of space you come and get it when you're ready. He did communicate very well before I even came to look at the vehicle and the car was in great condition just like the listing was accurate I was able to stick the key in and test drive right off the lot nice car I ended up buying it. It's a small operation but I'm happy with the vehicle I found. I would recommend him

Prompt response to inquiry and decent experience. Car buying process was fairly smooth and straight-forward. I liked that the mechanic also answered our questions and showed us in person what was done for work.

On a scale of 1-10, my experience with , Advance auto group, was a 10 plus. The owners, Sonja and Allen, are as honest and ethical , as you'll find. They're both personable and professional. A real joy to do business with. I recommend them highly.

We did not end up buying the car we went to see, but they have a small but great selection of reliable and affordable cars. They were very responsive, took great care to listen to any concerns, and addressed all even down to the smallest detail. Would definitely go back when I'm in the market for another car.

Quick response on initial inquiry. Car was as clean in person as on Website.. Deal was fair, car excellent, and transaction was handled efficiently. One minor issue with car went undetected in pre-sale inspection, which we did not discover until getting the car home. Went back next day and it was taken care of quickly and responsibly with no hassle. Very pleasant experience with Alan and Sonja - would do it again without a doubt.

I made an offer which was accepted, but then they threw a 599 dollar admin fee on top which was a deal breaker for me. They also advertise a warranty but if you make an offer less than their overpriced car they pull the warranty or offer it to you for 350 dollars. Epitome of a dealership you may want to avoid.

Easy to test drive, answered all of our questions. A bit limited on the financing options. Overall, not a bad visit.

The dealer emailed to say the vehicle was available. I went to look at it, and it was not in the condition I had hoped. They seemed friendly enough, and they let me thoroughly look over the vehicle. The salesman tried to make a pitch for the vehicle, but I did not buy there. He was busy with another client, so I did not get a chance to deal with them other than looking over the vehicle.
