emails with no explanation.

i found my dream car at acton auto boutique so i went and got the loan from the bank and i purchased
insurance ... and i was ready to wire the money . i asked chris if he can honor the their add that will pay $700
towards the shipping ... his answer was no MOHAMED we cant do that .. and if its to much for you there is
anther person wants to buy it .that was very disrespectful he knows that i can afford that car . i was on the
phone with him from my bank and i texted him the loan info. any way its his lost

Sorry Mot your experience did not meet expectations and you did not receive your dream car. We will follow up with Chris and if you can call and let us know what happened in this situation so we can get better we would appreciate it. Also, If you can let us know where we are advertising us paying for shipping I would appreciate that as well so we can remove it. That should not be anywhere. The only site that we know of that mentions shipping is CarGurus. From how they described it to us they are estimating how much it would cost you to ship not us discounting. Again that is just an estimate b

Was told to put in a application then they never bothered to contact me at all car sold a week afterward smh
I was looking for a Porsche Cayenne and I found one with all the features that I was looking for and at a reasonable price at Acton. I did extensive research on Acton,
since I lived 3000+ miles away from the East coast in California, and found only good reviews about Acton and Chris, the salesperson that I did all my communications
with. Chris was very professional and very prompt in responding to all my questions. He also managed the shipping and delivery with the delivery services that Acton
uses, when needed. We had multiple daily conversations and he provided me with the forms to complete the sales remotely. He also kept me updated during the delivery
process until the car I purchased was delivered.

I had a good experience with Acton Auto Boutique. I got a great buy on a vehicle there, Olek was
friendly, professional, helpful, honest and generous. I didn't test drive the vehicle and I bought this
vehicle without going to Massachusetts. Olek did a video chat of the vehicle and was honest with
me. He was easy to get ahold of was helpful during the whole process. I am a happy cutomer.

Zach and Chris were very helpful to work with. There were a lot of moving parts to this sale as I
live 1500 miles away, but they were always willing to answer my questions and go above and
beyond to resolve any issues we came across. The car was delivered and condition was exactly
as advertised.
