The vehicle is listed as a Trailhawk, but have the tires and wheels of a Limited Jeep. The Jeep cannot be used on trails or off road and would be very unsafe. I informed the dealer on two different occasions so the vehicle can be purchased and used safely. Their response was that the Jeep was a local trade. According to the original window sticker, the Jeep did have the right wheels. It looks like someone must have switched them. I will not be buying a car from a dealership that knows the vehicle is not safe and unwilling to make it safe.

They were nice, it was everything they said it was.
Terrible experience and very unprofessional! I reached out prior to driving over an hour to buy this car and someone on the team told me it was available. I get to the dealership and they told me it was sold. Now, a week later, I see the price has been increased on the 2025 Buick Encore GX ST meaning it has not sold and I was lied to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! They do not deserve the 1 star I had to give the review.

sorry for any inconvenience but actually we had an active deposit on the vehicle and it was on hold and since the customer didn't show up on the agreement time we decided to list it back with a new price since we had too much traffic on this vehicle because it was almost $10000 below the market value , then customer came and the vehicle got sold today before we sell it to any other customer .
