Very polite,not pushy and very informative .
The dealer was informative, helpful, and very straightforward. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I went there to see and there were no problems or issues with anything! What a pleasure to have dealt with such conscientious salespeople and management. I’d recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Was contacted very quickly by a nice young man. Unfortunately, I really was looking for a '97. Wish they had
had one.
I can't say enough about the help I received from Mark and David. I was shopping remotely and I was
looking for something very specific. Mark called me from the dealership and was very helpful, and assured
me that I was buying a quality vehicle, sight unseen. He was able to share photos and videos of the engine
firing, tire tread level, doors and windows functioning, etc. I wasn't able to get to them to take ownership for
a little over a week, and they held the truck for me until I got there.
It was a very positive experience overall, and the guys were incredibly helpful as well as friendly and
pleasant to talk to. Buying a car is mostly about the car, I'm glad the one I wanted was for sale at this
dealership, there were plenty more that I didn't feel like that about.

Was a great experience all around. Came down to look at one truck, but it wasn't the truck for me. Was not pressured at all. Inquired about another. And that one was. Been driving it a while now and it was definitely a good deal for me. Don't forget to ask for Kreg the Irishman (AND yes I spelled his name right)

Very happy with the treatment they have fulfilled all of their promises and I would do business with them again
Communication was good. I got a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased.
That said, several details listed and discussed during negotiations, including features listed on the vehicle, were false or misleading and the vehicle had to be repaired before I would buy it (based on an independent vehicle inspection - FM Jones claimed the vehicle was in great shape), so pay attention to the details and do your research.
After all, they made the repairs and delivered the vehicle about 100 miles for me (although they originally said that the delivery would be included in the purchase, but I ended up being asked to pay $50 for the delivery - still fair enough, but the inconsistencies were many.)
They easily could have earned 5 stars if they hadn't changed changed the details several times.

What a Great experience.. These folks are the Best. They are Fair,
Honest,
offer a good product at a fair price.. They got back to me very quickly, I
was interested in a vehicle they had listed on their website, but I was not
able to get to their location,so I had a good friend go look and drive it for
me. upon the results of a test drive, I bought the vehicle sight unseen..
When I got there, the vehicle was EXACTLY like they said it was... They
made the buying process very easy.. There was NOT any pressure... I
would buy from them again........ Bob
