After trying several times to get a response from the dealership, we were finally told the vehicle was available and to come in. We arrived as per our ETA and no one greeted us. The second time I went into the building and waited, someone came out and said we could start the vehicle but not test drive it until after we went in a room with someone and worked out numbers. We started the vehicle, noted that a tire light was on, and decided to leave because of the way we were treated. We then went to a dealership where we were greeted immediately and given the keys for a test drive for that vehicle (after I showed them my driver's license, of course) without being made to wait forever or feel unimportant. My husband remarked after we left Abramovich that he won't be interested in looking at any vehicle there again, after we drove over an hour in traffic, communicated our ETA periodically, and then were not allowed to drive the vehicle without being grilled in a room.

I bought 2019 G550 from abramovich motors, the dealership is super clean and the staffs are welcomed. Lana was super helpful and sweet, yevi also helpful. Dennis whos doing the documentations also very helpful and patrick also help with my G wagon. And they have a lot of amazing cars. Overall is great experience!! Hope to make a deal again with abram motors in the future.

Had a great experience buying my Model 3 with them. They responded quickly and were very honest and helpful (no surprise ridiculous fees). Went to dealership to make a cash offer when I arrived salesman said they are family owned and they don’t negotiate on the price the car was listed at 15.590 and paying cash out the door they wanted more then 18500 the internet said out the door if financed was less then 17000 they added $500 for clear coat and another $500 for anti theft they said they added to the vehicle on top of other fess that was higher no purchase made price on the website much lower then actual price out the door

Bought a car , was pre approved, dealer didn’t have title to give to my bank , unwinded deal and got my money back .
Nice big showroom, friendly and accommodating staff, lots of shiny desirable performance cars, however, at these 'boutique' stores, full of consignment and/or auction acquisitions, it's near impossible to know what's under the shiny skin. The yellow-wrapped Maserati intrigued me enough to call, and I was told "my inventory guys will provide details on what was done to repair the car" after the accident shown in the CarFax. However, after I made the 45-mile drive, there were no repair details to be had. In fact, the left side of the front bumper was misaligned, leading me to wonder about the rest of the repairs? Even if i would have the car inspected, their is still no way to know if regular maintenance was done, such as oil changes. I will continue searching for a Maserati with a more complete history, rather than be stuck with a 'pig in a poke'.

Great customer service and communication. All staff very helpful.
The team replied back at a timely manner, I was able to ask specific questions about financing from Lana, and from the floor specific vehicle questions from Tony. When I made my decisions to test drive, Yevi confirmed my appoint date and time. When i was there I was greeted with a firm handshake and offered coffee while the vehicle was being pilled out of the bay. Before driving the vehicle they did a walk through with me showing all the flaws of the vehicle and the history. Overall my experience was better than other Dealerships with professionalism, data and customer service. I do recommend this dealership
Was talking to them about getting one of there c63 and they never/barley got back to me i’m across the country but still doesn’t give them a reason to ignore me a loss on there end.

Initial response was quick then all downhill from there standoff approach to negotiation, and when I asked for a final drive off price was told he would get back to me. The next day never happened. Also asked a question of the car and never responded.

They didn't try to scam me or anything but I filled out all their paperwork, applied for the loan including the shipping price then waited and eventually got an email that just said tell me if you have questions. No status. No acknowledgement of the prep I sent in and it was about 24 hour after which in car dealership world is like a week.

if i could give 0 i would contacted them with a pre approval letter from my bank they kept going giving
me the run around saying they don't have the the copy of a title for the car just yet when they finally
said they received the copy and i have put a deposit for the car they made sure to send it blurry to my
bank they stalled for couple more days until they found someone else who agreed to finance the car
throughout their banks they have told me we no longer saving the car to you cause someone else
agreed to do finance with them after letting me wait 2 weeks in wonder.

I inquired about a 2020 Tesla Model Y last week via their online platform. Staff (Diana & Anastasia) including owner, Yevi were super responsive and professional. They were patient during my application process and answered all the questions I had. Unfortunately, I ended up to not getting the vehicle when my APY was not what I had hoped for. I recommend this to anyone buying a vehicle online as the process was feast and seamless.

Overall very good.
Yevi is the owner and he was easy to work with and very available over text. Easy docusign set up and loan approval. Car was transported the day after the sale was done and arrived two days later.
Only complaints: there are two additional undesired dealer fees, one for a car warranty and another for a paint protector which total 1000$ and isn’t negotiable.
But these were appropriately advertised on Car Gurus and shipping cost was as expected.

Sorry you felt that way but we do not under anyone. It is very hard to predict who is going to purchase. Most of customers have intention to buy so we are trying to respect every customer. Most of the time customer have option to leave a deposit for specific vehicle.
I confirmed that this vehicle was available and arranged to have it brought to my area for a test drive. I had a few messages back and forth
with a gal that seemed very helpful and friendly.
I sold my car because I was 95% sure that this was going to be my new car, only to find out, the car was never transferred for a test drive
and was sold before it could get to me (even though I confirmed that it was available).
This was not the fault of the helpful rep that I spoke with a few times, but it was very disappointing so it will make it hard for me to trust their
process in the future.

After approval from ally bank “all done online” I went in with my agreed down payment sat down for about 35 minutes and boom I was driving to the gym in my new car. Super simple and fast. Not to mention my credit isn’t the greatest but they still found a way for me. I appreciate them allot. On my way out I mentioned to the owner “hey I’d ask for you to fill up my tank but I understand gas is way to high rite now haha” we laughed and he pulled out a free $20s and said her you go no problem put this in the tank. Really seem like good people here. There selection is insane with luxury cars. Supper thankfull thanks again to all the staff here.

I received a quick automated e-mail response. I responded requesting pictures of interior since none are posted but did not receive a
response to my request. The description on Cargurus says no accidents reported. However, that is not correct. After reviewing the
Carfax it appears that the vehicle was in an accident where it incurred damage to the whole side, front, rear and roof. I sent an e-mail
informing them that I was no longer interested in the vehicle due to the damage it incurred in the accident so that I would not receive
any more automated e-mails inquiring if I was still interested in the car. Disappointed that what they advertise in Cargurus was
incorrect.

I contacted Abramovich Motors regarding a car I'm interested in. While reviewing the post on CarGurus I
noticed the car had been in a n accident and had or showed frame damage. I questioned this. Within a day I
was contacted and told that the car had a clean title and was not reported as total lost. Its an expensive car
and to make this commitment I have to be sure regarding the car damage. They did respond to my questions
promptly. We decided to schedule a future appointment to check out the car and possibly test drive.
The reply I received from Abramovich made no sense. The vehicle has been posted on CarGuru for 255 days. On 02/18/2021, the sales price dropped to its lowest offer of $44,800. Counterintuitively, the price has since increased to the current quote of $46,500. The Abramovich representative explained to me that due to an alleged spike in demand, prices have risen. There is no data to confirm this illusion. This is a classic example of Hitchen's razor, which says that the burden of proof regarding the truthfulness of a claim lies with the one who makes the claim. If this burden is not met, then the claim is unfounded. I should not have to argue further that my offer was fair. Clearly, the CarGuru site states the car is selling slowly. I offered $44,000 and it was dismissed indiscriminately.

I've been looking at Lexus RX 350's for about 6 to 8 months.
I spoke with the owner of Abramovich Motors early on in my search.
They always had 2 or 3 Rx 350's in stock, they bought them from Lexus Credit after a 3 year lease ran out as I recall.
I've never bought a car or a truck sight unseen before, this is a new experience & a little never racking.
At this time we're sending paper work & checks back & worth on this 2017 Rx 350.
The owner, the sales staff & The F & I gal have been polite, respectful, answered any questions & made the process a pleasure.
I'd recommend to anyone if these folks have a car your interested in, give um a shot.
The price seems very fair comparing numbers on Car Gurus.
My new/slightly used RX 350 is being shipped to me later this week.

Contacted them regarding Mustang 2019, spoke with Svetlana. They said car is super clean only 8K miles on it, nothing in Carfax, might have been in light fender bender, nothing crazy. I took a day trip (152 miles one way) paid for a hotel room and in the morning came to dealership to check the car.
I noticed missing plastic covers from belt guider on the both sits, then under the hood: Lots of brand new pieces, shiny new plastic, there was some black DUCT tape (?) to cover the hole on the head light and the headlight was moving back and forth, it wasn't even fixed. Upon further inspection noticed frame part bended badly with paint coming off of it, screws were visibly worked on both sides... Frame damaged car, all this while dude is telling me it wasn't in an accident??
I pointed that out he said, oups, our guys didn't notice! I mean are you serious? They tried to sell frame damaged car and when caught they say we didn't know!? Waste of time and money for me, be careful, crooked place

After the initial contact (automated?) it went downhill from there... Their customer service needs some serious work. Right when I think things are going great, I showed great interest in buying the car exchanged texts, emails, phone call, they sold it off right out from under me without a word, except only to say "sorry". Not once during all the contacts did they say they were working behind the scenes with another buyer. Watch out!

I had made an appointment the day before and I drove two hours to get to Abramovich, and they were not ready for me. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to pull the car out. I was only given a 10 minute test drive that did not include any open road.
My experience with Abramovich was not worth my drive.

They have contacted me and I have had an an emergency where my father who suffers from Alzheimer’s was in a memory care facility and he was being neglected ripped off etc.....
I had to put my sear on hold just until we removed him and got my dad settled at home. They were very cool when I explained this over email I received a response of well wishing and to please allow them to assist me when ready to resume. I think they shot me one more email saying they hope everything was getting better and to let them know when I was ready. What turns away from any dealership is the non stop emails and phone calls badgering me about getting in touch, getting over to there lot just take a minute to call etc...... I mean, come on I remember and still have the message and email from yesterday you don’t have to keep sending them and calling everyday. But this place handled everything perfectly. Abram Motors was great. Put a deposit down on an S550 Plug-in Hybrid. The next day, I changed my mind
and decided to go back to the less econ-friendly gas model (this is my third). No problems from their end and
even more important, they had plenty of inventory from which to choose. Mark and team are friendly,
professional, knowledgeable and as no-pressure as they come.
They'll get my future business as well.

Don't be fooled by the outside. This really a nice dealership. Once you get inside you will see a lovely lobby that has snacks and coffee. It seems like they do primarily used luxury cars. This is a small dealership, so be prepared to wait for your turn to test drive a car or to go through the process of financing.
I purchase an Audi A8 a month ago that I am very happy with. The customer srvice has been great so far and pricing is very fair. I needed a car for my daughter and I decided to go back to Abromovich this week. I bought a Passat that my daughter loves. I would recomnend this family business when buying a discounted, used, high end car.

Cannot even get an answer as to who I send a check to, to pay off my car. Great prices, though, and friendly staff when you can get good of them!

Clean car fax but they were told by the auction house the car has structural damage. They didn't decide to tell me this until they had gotten me pre approved for financing. Then they took me in circles. I almost Bennett spoke to the same person. It was very difficult to get them to answer my questions and by the end I knew this car was not worth the hassle of dealing with these people. They are definitely not going to be getting my business. And I plan to tell everyone one I can about my experience.

Fantastic people! My daughter found this car and, even though she lives out of state, had everything taken care of by them. Her father and I were able to pick up the car to bring to her with no hassle. They held the car after purchase until we could get it, washed it the day we were coming, walked us through some of the features. set up Sirius XM (we had an 8-hr drive to deliver it) so I'd have music, and treated us like part of the family. It's a family business and the effort is to make the customer happy. I will go with them when I get ready to sell my car and purchase another - because of the people and the quality inventory they deal with. We've already recommended them to a number of people.

This dealership was a horrible experience. Waited an hour and a half to test drive a car. While waiting in their lobby area one of their staff was backing up one of the cars in the show room and smacked the side mirror into the wall. Some of the other staff came over and laughed and they all looked at the mirror and went about their way.
After test driving waited another 2 hours just to see one of the finance people. At which point it became too late in the day purchase the vechile. Extremely poor service.

This whole experience was a nightmare. We had an
appt on 10/31 to drive the car - we drove 2 hrs in
heavy traffic - told Mark we'd be there between 6-
6:30. Got there at 6:15 - a young man was just
leaving. He was able to let us in to see the car, but
not drive it. He called Ana, who had left 10 minutes
earlier, who returned. They couldn't get the car out as
it was in the very back . Ana gave us the "out the
door" price. We returned on Saturday for a 1:00 appt
and had to wait until 2:00 to be seen. They were
supposedly charging the car when we got there, but
as it turned out knew nothing about electric cars. This
car can go 87 miles in a full charge, but they had only
charged the reserve which gives you 6 miles. We
knew nothing about an electric car, so ended up
running out of the charge in 6 miles. We made it to a
charge station - thus getting home at 10 PM. Will
never deal with this company again. Liked the car -
which is why we went back.

This dealership was very prompt in their response to my email regarding coming to see this car. When we arrived the car was out for us to see and the gentleman was helpful in answering any questions that we had. He even went as far as to tell us the car had been in an accident and had some damage on the left side. Who ever fixed it did a great job because we could not see anything! I know we would have seen it when we pulled up the car fax but it was nice he was upfront about it. Though we did not buy the car, we had a good experience with Abramovich Motors.

I called this dealer about a few cars they had/ May still have. They called me back several times.but when I went to check out the jexuses they were real busy with very exsoerience sales guys that just ignored us. The dealer is so full of cars it looks like a junk yard. Nobody had answers. Just very generic ran business.
Don't recommend this place. Stick to the actual Lexus dealers.

The dealer disclosed that the engine of this car had been subject to a recall due to a piston defect, so the engine had been completely rebuilt by the local MB dealer...we appreciated his honesty.

ANYA is great
Made appointment to go see the car. On the day when my appointment came i called ahead to confirm and Abram motors said they saved my appointment time for someone else, but I can come anyway. Flag #1. Dealer refused to tell me anything about the car and repeatedly told me to go look at the clean carfax. Flag #2. I drove 70 miles there and brought an auto body mechanic to check it out. Once I was there dealer finally came out and said car was in a "minor accident to the rear" but the hood was replaced and painted along with the front bumper and there was damage to the headlights. Subframe was also misaligned. Waste of 4 hours which could have been avoided if they had told the truth. Kind of figured since the price but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nope.

This is the first negative review that I have left on Car Gurus. Do not trust this dealership. I saw a car advertised on Car Gurus that said 1 owner no accidents reported. Since I was driving 2 hours to see the car, I talked to Anya the owners sister and asked if there was any issues with the car. She said no. So I leave work early and drive 2 hours to get there. I meet Anya, and the first thing she asks if I had seen the Car Fax. I said no. She said that there is "structural damage" reported on Car Fax. I asked why she didn't tell me this before I drove down. I asked to talk to her brother the owner. He said that I did not ask the correct question. He said that there was no issues with the vehicle ie. brakes, engine etc. I feel that a structural damage report on Car Fax is something that they should have mentioned before I spent 4 hours driving back and forth. This is a bad dealership.

One of the owners said all the cars are usually crashed and repaired, but they only keep them if they are put back together to a high standard. Honest, but too much information. I asked about buying and financing two cars and was told rarely people get more than three loans since I already have one current loan. Being in my grub work cloths I felt like I was being told I could not afford three loans since I was never asked what my income was. Toyota sold me a certified car, and will sell me another anytime "based on my income" "No problem".

I contacted them regarding the car. It was available. Since they are over 3hrs away, I worked on getting approved for the loan. before heading there, I called them once I was approved. But the car was on a drive test and was sold. It's ok, I was able to purchase a 2017 cruze for $10,300 from another dealer and loving it!

They started off responding fine but when I was trying to negotiate a deal, they just stopped responding. I had to keep emailing, texting and finally calling to see if they were willing to accept my proposal. They werent very friendly and would not work with me at all. Sad part is that I liked their car so much, I would have still purchased it at their asking price had they made me feel more valued. I bought a car somewhere else

This dealership is not the normal dealership. They don't jump on you, you make an appointment. All the cars are inside a building all clean and sparkly. The sales person does not beat you up they give you your options and either you purchase or you don't. I did, and my wife and I are very pleased with our choice, and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Carfax from their posting did not disclose any accidents with the car. On the
Saturday morning of my visit I called to confirm my visit. I appreciate that
Vadim informed me that the auction revealed that the car was in an accident.
I did not have to waste my time to drive there.

Referred by a friend and perfect car buying experience. I spoke to them over the phone before coming in because I was so sick of dealing with used car dealerships and the bait and switch routine I was experiencing every time I walked through a dealership's doors. I found the car I wanted (via cargurus.com/Exellent deal) linking to Abromovich and Lana ran all the numbers for me and ensured my financing was in place before I even walked in the door. I purchased one of their lowest priced vehicles and they treated me as if I were purchasing a Maserati. It was immaculate when I picked it up and they ran it through a car wash for me but they wanted me to bring it back because they wanted to have it done by their detail person. They also ordered me four brand new car mats (because one was missing) and they replaced the battery on my key fob after I returned for the detail they promised two weeks later! Their offices are super clean and their inventory of cars is exquisite.

amazing. I had been tracking a couple of cars online, but it always
seemed that the exciting ones were at this dealer. As Vadim said, they
price them to move. I got the car of my dreams at an incredible price.
Lana beat my credit union for service and rate. The Mercedes E350 was
as clean as a new car. I have had it one week so far and the car drives
and looks new. I will be back to buy my wife a new car. Thank you Vadim

The sales person was nice enough but it was strange that I was not able to test drive the car unless I was going to purchase the car. They wanted me to use their financing instead of my own credit union because it was an out of state credit union. They said it would take to long for them to get their money and that also kept them from wanting me to test drive the car. The pricing of the car was fantastic but I can't commit to buying a car unless I can test drive it first.

Car was exactly as described, very well detailed (and clayed) and the price was as stated (no dealer fees - already in the price of the car). Bought car and now wife is shuttling the kids around town off the power of the sun.
They usually meet by appointment but my days are not consistent so my wife and I had stopped by to look at the 3 Leafs they had in stock. We didn't click with the sales guy and when I told him we had another car to look at he basically just walked away. So we had gone to another car lot much further away to look at Leafs because they had many in stock but were disappointed with some things. We ended up coming back to this dealer a few days later to find 2 of the leafs gone but the one that was the cheapest still there. We still didn't have an appointment but they accommodated us anyway and after looking the Leaf over and the wife was happy with it we ended up making the deal. Their detail person is VERY good which helps curb appeal and in the end we enjoyed working with them and chalked the first impression up to just a bad day.

It was terrible. My fiance and I went to go see the car every time we wore going to ask anything the lady's phone rang and she would pick it up. I thought it was rude because we wore there to do business. On the other hand as well they wore lowboling us because we wanted to trade our car in n they wore only giving us 10,300.. we went to another dealership and got way more then that. Never going again if we need another car.

However, they were honest when asking about car conditions.
It's extremely difficult to find an honest dealership and one that
doesn't play games with customer and waste our time. Also,
they seem to be very straight foward with the financing portion.
All my communications were over the emails. This review is
base on the emails I had with this dealership and have yet to
purchase a car therefore I gave them four stars. The only down
side is they took a little long to respond to emails at times, but I
didn't dock them a star for it because it could be they were
under staff at that time.
Anyways, I intend to continue to look at their site for my next
car. By then, if everything goes well, I will give them five stars
after the sales transaction.

They were very honest in relaying the information about purchasing a car that I was interested in. Not only did they offer information that I should do to protect myself as a customer, but what needed to be done to protect them as well. I am from another state and was really impressed with the Red 203 Jaguar XF for sale. I didn't process anything, though I wanted to, because of time limitations with another issue I am handling in my professional career. So, if the car is still available when I am done, I will be contacting them again, But, thanks guys for your prompt response and honest delivery of information.

Car smelled like smoke which was not mentioned anywhere in the ad. Lots of dents in the car that weren't noticeable in the pictures online. Very strange experience at the dealership. I had an appointment and even called the morning of to confirm. When I showed up they were surprised. I felt rushed the whole time. Nobody even introduced themselves. Overall very uncomfortable experience. Will not return even if they have a different car I'm interested in.

Communication is slow for an "internet based" dealer. I shouldn't have to keep following up for a response; emails have taken days to get a reply and I still haven't gotten a date or time for a test drive. Shouldn't they be actively trying to sell me a car and not the other way around?
