Worst experience buying a car I've ever had. Showed up after scheduling a test drive and they were unprepared and told me they couldn't find the vehicle. When we did find the vehicle it had a dead battery and was parked behind 30 other trucks. The truck they showed in the picture is not the truck they had on the lot. So much damage to the interior and exterior. Would not recommend these guys at all

They are not professional at all the salesperson and people they don't know how to communicate with the customer and I was trying to test drive a car. the sales person said first Let me run your credit.. and the car won't start and I waited 20 minutes to stat up the car .. and i drove like 400 miles with Zero result

Responsive and helpful, even though I didn't make a purchase.
Pictures of trucks DO NOT match in-person expectations. These trucks are “fixer uppers” at bests. They’re trying to sell trucks with broken mirrors. Severely damaged paint jobs. Steering wheels with heater coils exposed. Trucks that smell like an ashtray.
Then they want you to pay a premium price for subpar quality with little to no wiggle room for negotiation.
Honestly, find another place to go. There are plenty more out there.

This was a bad experience, contact and they stressed that if I came in the car would be available and ready for a
test drive. Arrived per appointed time, the sales person was out on a test drive, when he returned (20 minutes
later) he stated that the car was sold 48 hours prior. Wasted lots of time and gave the industry a bad name.
When arriving salesman Travis had no idea where the car even was and knew nothing about the car, he even asked me if anything in the car he was trying to sell had after market parts on it and had a whole week to prepare. It smelt like cat piss and had multiple things wrong with it. The engine was knocking/ticking, had no coolant at all multiple interior damages as well as weird looking oil in the car that didn’t seem right. After being told all fluids were flushed and changed/ test driven 50 miles which is inaccurate. Drove over and hour just to test drive and wouldn’t let me do that unless I did the credit app and basically bought the car. When Travis realized he was getting nowhere with me after not letting me test drive and insisting the price is way to high for what it is all the sudden I’m told he had to take care of something and he just disappeared, so then they had 2 others try. They are also non negotiable and list the cars for way to high. 5 stars to the sale guy inside tho!

This dealer lied to me, telling me that he test drove the car, which he did not! The car engine was pinging knocking, the brakes were shaky, when pressed and attention, impatient the car vibrated while driving. when ask questions why this car perform so badly they replied, take it or leave it. Someone else will buy it. If I don’t take it now they will raise the price. They also claim the time and chain was replaced the same day of my appointment. You can’t believe anything that comes out of this dealerships mouth. Don’t call me a liar because I tape the whole conversation and the sound of the car lol. If you do business with this Dealership, just know they must be getting their cars from wrecking yards. That’s only an opinion about the wrecking yard. The rest is solid true. Do not buy any car from this dealership. They do not offer any warranty . As is take it or leave it. That’s what they told me. If you don’t want it just walk away. That’s what they told me.

They contacted me, we made an arrangement for the vehicle and I drove the 5 hours up there to receive it. Unknown to me was the vehicle cannot be registered here in CA, and the sales person didn't show up. I wasted a whole day, and considerable amount of money on gas, to leave empty handed.
Yep.. the bad reviews are true…was initially interested in a vehicle and they called me the day of pickup it was no longer available after being approved for it. They tried to make up for it by putting me in another vehicle that I was approved for. After driving 2 hours to go pick it up they let us know upon arrival the truck had mechanical issues and they couldn’t sell it to us. No courtesy call, no heads up.. They reeled us in to show their more expensive vehicles. We test drove it and it had some mechanical issues as well.. I wouldn’t trust these scammers with hard earned money. Would leave 0 stars if it was an option! Wasted 4 hours driving. DONT COME HERE
Absolutely trash I feel bad for anyone who buys one
of these cars. I inquired on a truck they wouldn't

me a warranty so I said fine I'll give you your asking
price and buy a year warranty soon as I said that the

after having a friend call it was available and still on
the lot said he could come text drive it the next day. I

They gave me a quote and never honored it. Abdul claimed it was a quote for a different truck but it clearly was not a mistake. They wanted to charge me 4,000 more than their original quote.
Additionally, the descriptions of what the vehicles are equipped with is misleading at best if not a straight lie. Claiming it has certain options when it does not. For example the truck I looked at they claimed on the description it has FX4 when it does not. Multiple other options were also inaccurate.
Do not buy from them. They aren’t honest and don’t honor their deals.
I was interested in buying a truck or some other vehicle from you some things got sideways some things I didn’t have enough money to put down but no deal was made. How do you like the truck but I only have so much money to put down but thank you for your service and Aubrey was great. Thank you Aubrey.
Went to Abe's Motorsports on 4/1/2023. The
location wasn't that great but they had quite
few selections of vehicles for sale. Adrian M.
and Mustafa R. helped me purchase the
vehicle I wanted. They were very nice, friendly,
and helpful throughout the whole purchase.
I was in and out in about 45 mins tops.
Sometimes the best dealers to work with are
these ones and not the name brand ones!
I asked if the plastic cam chain tensioners had been replaced. Was told that it did not appear so in CarFax. I in they would have their in-
house mechanic pull valve cover to check secondary tensioners, when told "No other Sacramento dealers would do so," I offered to pay for
it. Still "no." Told him a dealer in San Luis Obispo had done it for me in past, and when he found they had not, he had them upgraded (and
raised the price to cover hard costs) as they will 100% fail.

Great sales men. I had purchased a truck with them, about 6 weeks for roughly $28,000. All looked good with the truck from the outside, brand new tires, no check engine lights. The truck looked good.
I was wrong, the truck has some pretty expensive work needed. Such as 3 ball joints, swing arm, and diesel partical filter, no curse control, 4wd not working, electrical short. That is just to name a few. I have the truck currently in the shop for repairs.
I would highly recommend if you choose to purchase from this place, you take it for an inspection with an different mechanic shop.

Beware of this dealership. Horrible customer service. They tried to keep my deposit after I informed them that they listed the truck wrong. It is a shortbed and they listed as a longbed. It is still listed as a LongBed. Look at their KBB rating. They are well known for being a shady dealership. Stay clear of them.

I bought my car from Abes Mortorsports after signing the contract. They saw a water leak and thought it was a hose, so they took it to a mechanic. Turns out it was a water pump. They had it replaced at no charge, the water pump is internal meaning the engine has to have the intake removed, about a 3 day job. Very happy with these guys for not letting me drive off with this problem and making it my problem. Very honest dealer. Very pleased with car was all it was described to be

Great experience dealing with these guys. Although I found the vehicle of my dreams elsewhere, the service they provide from initial contact to test drive was second to none.
I looked at a pickup I liked but the radio didn’t work. The salesman said he would get it fixed and I could return in 3 days and finish the deal. Dealer wanted $1,000 deposit which I gave. Next day remembered I hadn’t tested the cruise control. Called dealer who said either the cruise control didn’t work or pickup didn’t come with cruise control. I decided I didn’t want the vehicle and asked for deposit back. California entitles buyers with refunds of deposits I’d deal isn’t completed. Salesman said deposit was non refundable. I called sales manager who refused to return my calls. I contested charge on my credit card by calling them. Credit card is refunding my deposit
Overall A good car buying experience they got back to me quickly the 1st time. However, I haven't been updated since I filled out my credit application with them. I also did a prequalifying application with CarGurus, so I am still waiting for response. It was a simple process and I would do it again through this website.

The dealer worked to get me approved at
their asking price but the interest rate they
came back with was more than double that
of my credit union rate. This lead me to ask
if they were getting a kickback by raising
the rate. They wouldn’t answer this
question. The dealer additionally refused to
budge on their asking price though i clearly
showed them evidence that they were
$1400 over high blue book value. They
would only say ”supply and demand.” I
passed on this dealer and recommend
others do as well.

I had a very poor experience with Abe’s. I made arrangements to fly in from Southern California to Sacramento to purchase the Dodge truck I was looking at. I asked to make sure everything was up and running and no issues with the vehicle whatsoever. When I arrived there were several things wrong with the vehicle and none of it was fixed as I was told it was going to be. We could not come to a negotiation after all those several things needed to be fixed, so I did not purchase. I would not recommend going back there as I got the salesman run around. Others may have had a good experience, but mine was not after purchasing a flight to get up there, having to get a rental car to drive home and the gas money spent, I was $500 in the hole.

I spent the past 3 weeks looking for a car. I stumbled upon a car Abe's had that I liked. I called them up and they were very easy to work with. My credit situation isn't the best, but they made it really simple. I spoke first with Dave and then with Abe who did all of the finance stuff. Ive recently bought a vehicle threw these guys and let me tell you. the way they treat you after you bought a car threw them was very disrespectful, I bought a car threw them and not even a week later the car would not turn over. I had to tow the car MYSELF to there shop where they "fixed" the problem witch was just a simple fuse on the fuel pump ( is what I was told ). after they agreed that they were doing me "favor" and it wouldn't cost me anything to pick it up, I drove 2 hours to pick up my car and when I get there they tell me my window will not roll down. and its stuck in the up position, and they assured me that its not a big problem and they'll fix it. after two weeks of trying to just contact these people they are hit and miss with the phone. very unprofessional when they do actually answer the phone, and on top of it they tried to tell me that after I picked my car up, two weeks late, now all of a suden I owe them 200.00,? and now they "will not answer me" . they told me not to ever call them. I would never buy anything threw these people as small as a 99 cent bottle of water. they ruined my first experience buying a car, a car that iv wanted to own for a while now

I drove a long distance to look at this car and the car could not even make it off the lot. It stalled every time they tried to move it.+ After being to on the phone the price could be worked out. I was told the price is below market value and that no adjustments would be made.

This car is already sold and has been!!!!!!!!!! they never answered the phone,
never emailed back, since it was such a good deal and close to my house , I
drove there. A guy in flip flops and a t-shirt came out of a door, that I think is
supposed to be their front door, and said "hey man" and starred at me. until I
said I was here to see the Acura. He then told me it was sold and he had
nothing else similar to it, so I left....

i was looking to buy a second car and the dealer was up front saying that I had to have my current loan paid off. I understand because I was not very high on the FICO score requirements. I asked him what score I would need and he said a 700. I appreciated his frankness.

Had other car 08 beetle I ended up purchasing . It was s very pleasant experience buying the car from David - no pressure and the greatest sense of humor- genuine not fake. Would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!

After I submitted the inquiry, I received an email and a call from Abe's
motorsports (David) trying to help me get the deal done.
However, after figuring out my options I decided not to buy this car, but they
helped me see what my options were with my budget.

The Jaguar was sold. So asked to see the BMW X5. It was in the back filthy not ready to be looked at let alone be sold. Every car on this so called lot was dirty!
If I could give NO STARS I would! After giving all my info and credit rating how much deposit I had etc. I received a "no problem" response and was made to believe it was still going to ok. I didn't hold anything back as far as my credit rating, down payment, etc. Long story short they played me! Everything happens for a reason though because I got the car I wanted at a lower price from Abe's Motorsports! $1000.00 down $220 a month on a beautiful Lexus! Bam!! This place sucks and their not all on the same page either. One guy will say this and another something totally different. So it's your choice at the end of the day.. I would def explore all options before landing here..

Arrived to look at car and they said it was being washed. Walked inside and found someone trying to fix the bumpers. Were told a couple of different stories on how they ended up with the car. We felt they were not very trusting.

Response from current dealership:
The truth of the matter is that the customer drove all the way from Redding to look at the car. They test drove it for 30 minutes and wanted to buy it. I reduced the price $500 for them and then they wanted me to put 4 brand new tires on top of that on tires that were already good. I told them if they wanted new tires I would split it with them and they said no so they left. Customers were just upset that they drove 3 hours and couldn't get the car $800 less than the listing price.
