My wife and I decided to sell our trade out right to a private party, we decided not to purchase that vehicle because as we did our test drive and parking, the rear cameras stopped working and yea, they were all working before as our Salesman observed the cameras going inoperable during the parking at the dealership. Everyone starting with the GM down to our Salesman were all great and kind. Had the cameras not stop working during me backing up, my wife and I definitely would have bought it.
I went to this dealership to check out a 2021 Tesla Model 3, but the experience quickly turned frustrating. After arriving, they attempted to add a mandatory $2,600 “battery warranty” fee on top of the listed price. When I questioned it, I was told that Tesla does not provide warranty coverage for second owners, which is completely inaccurate. Tesla’s battery warranty follows the VIN, not the owner.
I will say that the first staff member I spoke with was courteous and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that positive impression didn’t carry through the rest of the process.
Overall, I would recommend being very cautious and double-checking everything before doing business here.

Vehicle add stated options on the vehicle which were NOT on the vehicle as evidenced by the photos. i.e. Heated seats and steering wheel listed as included but not on the car. Dealer contacted to see if I was interested, but never answered questions about inaccurate listing!!

Dirty dealer, the price you see is not the price you pay. If you add $4000 to the advertised price, they might let you buy if they feel generous. When I flew in, the car was not what was advertised; two of the tires had steel exposed, and they were willing to give me a temporary transport plate so I could drive off the lot. The car also had unreported body repairs. Be wary, buyer.
Avoid shady crooks. They would only be dealt with by fools. Drive a car for three hours. I said it to them. Regarding someone who placed a deposit on the car, they remained silent. I was still able to test drive. We worked out a price. They check my credit. The automobile has only been on the lot for 14 days, therefore they won't sell it to me at the agreed-upon price, even though someone was willing to pay full price and a $900 protection package. They were going to sell me a car for which someone had previously paid a deposit?

The response was quick. However there were multiple sales people contacting me. I requested only one. I informed that one sales person I have questions that needed to be addressed prior to driving 4 hours to test drive and possible purchase the vehicle (cash). I did not get a response from the salesperson until a week later reminding me of my appointment to conduct a test drive. My questions were not ever answered. For an out of town buyer, if it is a vehicle you really want. . . you will probably have to stay on them. I can't honestly say that the Liberty was available at the point of initial contact because none of my questions were answered that required hands on contact with the vehicle.

Horrible dealer. I found an issue with the car during pre purchase inspection, the car voltage was dropping while running. I brought this issue to the dealers attention and since then they have been giving excuses and ignoring my calls. On the face face they are nice but they are lying and selling bad cars with problems. The dealership did not disclose important CARFAX details (rental use, damage report, and auction resale) before I contacted them. When I asked for proof of repairs or inspection records, none were provided. Instead of answering the questions, they deflected or gave general statements with no documentation.
I value honesty and transparency when buying a used car, and I did not feel I received that here. Would recommend getting full proof of repairs before considering any purchase.

Overall pretty "meh" experience - I've bought and sold A LOT of cars, and the salesman who contacted me from Autos of Chicago was
actually extremely helpful and you can tell he wanted to make a deal. However, that's when the hidden fees and time wasters came in -
after "talking with the manager" and "finance" they tacked on all kinds of unnecessary fees and tried to pass it off as normal practice
(which in fact is NOT). After wasting a week with these guys ended up buying a Benz in Dallas at a much more helpful dealer who knew
how and when to deal and not waster someone's time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst car buying experience of my life! DO NOT, I
repeat, DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Autos of Chicago. I can't even write all of the
ways they screwed me. First, they would not honor the price listed on Car gurus stating
they've tried to get car gurus to fix their price. Second they did not disclose all of the
issues the car had. Third, they flat out lied about the condition of the tires stating they
were brand new when in reality, there were three different treads on the tires. Fourth,
they did not know how to title a vehicle in WI, gave incorrect info and did not charge
me tax on my purchase. Had to do it all myself at the DMV and online. Finally, the
salesman actually accused me of having brain damage or a problem with my memory!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

Never got to see the car they had listed. Even
after 2 different visits. The right hand didn’t
seem to know what the left hand actually had in
stock.
They gave me an appointment . I drove 1 1/2
hours to see it with my family in tow only to find
out the car was not there. It was being repaired
for a recall. That same thing happened the next
weekend.

Everything started out pleasant for a car I was interested in buying. The car was listed as being
there 88 days when I expressed interest. I started my paperwork that evening the next day I get
a notification of a price change of $5000 increase to car. When I contacted them, they told me
prices fluctuate. I asked them why the price went up once I expressed interest less than 24 hours
and they kept repeating ting the same thing about price fluctuating. So, I decided to go to
another dealership. I spoke with two different people, and they kept getting smart with me, I have
text messages of the whole interaction and told them I would post a review, they said thank you.

Stay away! The whole place is a scam. We called ahead, scheduled an appointment for a specific vehicle
and was reassured the vehicle would be ready. Felix even confirmed he had seen the vehicle and vouched
for how nice it would be. Upon arrival we provided the customary license and waited for them to pull up the
vehicle. They issued the carfax and after waiting 30 minutes were told- "the car is not available it is being
detailed." Complete lie!!!!! Kya lied directly to us. She did not provide any details as to why it was being
detailed when it had been listed for over 50 days with 30 beautiful pictures of the vehicle in the room I was
standing. She offered no apology. I later called Felix back who was extremely apologetic and could not offer
any expaination for why the sales department would lie so directly. Stay away! Buyer beware! You've been
warned!

I bought a car from them. There was rust, that was originally covered by a for sale sticker. They did some work, but it was not to spec, and caused an emission sensor to go off and that work was redone by my mechanic. They did not keep their word on when the repairs we agreed to would be complete. I will more than likely not buy from them again or recommend them. All in all, in my 34 years of buying cars, this was one of my worst deals.

First sales person I spoke with didn't know much about the vehicle. Said she'd have someone call me back. After two days, I reached out again. Still nothing. I reached out again before someone emailed me (5 days later). Although they offered to ship for free, they wanted to charge me around $2300 in various dealer fees and would not negotiate price of vehicle.

I was contacted by the dealer, who informed me that their finance representative would reach out to me. We discussed pricing, and they emphasized that the price was non-negotiable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach an agreement, and I assumed that would be the end of it. However, I have been receiving persistent text messages about the same vehicle, despite their previous refusal to proceed with a deal. I've opted to stop receiving texts and marked the number as junk, yet the messages keep coming. At this point, it feels like harassment. STOP contacting me!

Dealer was quick to respond but the car I was interested was listed as "OverPriced". Got them to come down $2 off asking, but still would let come down to where it could be rated a "Fair" or "Good" deal. I believe they over paid on the trade-in for it and are trying to make up for it. Other wise they are a good dealership with nice selection of cars.

On June 25, my husband called to see if this car was available and they told him yes and I just happen to be on the road coming up to your area so I came by your dealership to see it and I do believe the salesman I talk to with Stan The boss of the dealership came out and told me that it had been taken somewhere to have a recall taken care of and told me it would probably be back tomorrow so I called Stan back on the 26th and he was somewhat short with me and told me that no it wasn’t back and he would call me as soon as it was. I have not received one call. I have left two or three messages for someone to call me and that’s not happened so all I can say is this you lost a cash sale and he knew it was a cash sale

Would not buy from this dealer.
Unethical sales practices.
Most car dealers list a price an that's the price. Understanding tax, title, license, an filing fees. So when you speak with your bank for pre approval. You know your good to go Understanding these some extras on top of the listed price.
All was good called for the final out the door price to let my bank know an plan the 9hr drive from where I live to go pick up my car.
They packed fees on fees almost $3k over there sticker price an that still didn't include tax title and license for the vehicle. They fee'd there way out of a sale all said an done with there fees an what I would have to pay for tax title license pushed it from a good value price to $5k over book value

The entire buying process was great until the purchase was complete. Then the transportation process was nightmare. The dealer set up the transport. They charged $600 and it was not even a direct transport. It was difficult to get an ETA and they could not even get the vehicle to my house. I could have went and got it myself for less than $600 and had it a day sooner.

I want to thank " Autos of Chicago " for their assistance in saving me money. I emailed several times to get info, asking specifically for " out the door price ". The response was come in and test drive the vehicle. Also received one that told me how wanted the vehicle is. I find it has only been on the market for 74 days. Truly a much wanted vehicle.
Reading some of the reviews, it seems that some people have experienced the same thing.

Just take your business somewhere else. They are the kind of people you hear horror stories about and give dealers a bad rep. They shove their own overhead costs down to your throat like “dealer prep fees” and “mandatory 90 day warranty” adding about $2,000 on top of the listed price. Don’t show you the car claiming it’s in service, lie saying the car is at the dealership getting a recall done but the car is nowhere to be found…Horrible and full of lies top to bottom. To top it all off I never even saw the car after going to the dealership. They pulled every trick to NOT show me the car or even tell me who and where it was being serviced. If better call Saul was a dealership, this place would be it. RED FLAG.

Receptionist was very nice.
Facility was bright and clean.
Going through the finance process was one of the easiest, concise and quickest experiences I had at a car dealership.
Sales could use a little more work with clear communication, not over promising and under delivering when it came to the scheduling delivery of my vehicle. He and the finance coordinator eventually did get my truck to me in the time frame that we agreed to. And it was delivered on a flatbed truck in excellent condition!
Other than that the salesmen were nice and professional when addressing my concerns and questions I had about the truck.
I’m not a fan of independent car dealerships but I would highly recommend Autos of Chicago.

I have been looking to purchase a car since April. I found the Range Rover on Car Gurus at Autos of Chicago. They worked with me for over a week finalizing everything. UPS even delayed sending the paperwork!! Luna is absolutely phenomenal and worked to get my car delivered in two days since I am 5 hours away!! Will definitely purchase here again!!

This dealership sucked. First they said they would call me back after doing my online application that never happened then after i reached back out to them they said i was approved for financing then a hour before i was supposed to pick up the car they called me and said i wasn't approved.

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class looked amazing in the pictures. I drove two hours to take a personal look at the car with the full expectation of purchasing it. The car was positioned for me to look at it and take it for a test drive, however, upon visual inspection the grill was cracked, the front bumper had been bumped thus paint fractures were obvious and "chrome" molding near the back passenger side window was bent. Very disappointed in the experience. With such low mileage, I expected better - much better!

Only gave one star because I had to... it's a NO STAR FOR ME!!!!.....Went back and fourth with the sales person for a couple days went to test drive the car he told me it was available to drive saying something was wrong with it very unacceptable they should've known if it was something wrong before he scheduled the appointment for me to test drive/purchase it and tried to sale me another car it was a no for me I let a week later I purchased a even better one else where!!!

This dealership was very awesome!! Salesmen and staff friendly no pressure!! I lost out on the deal with my slow decision making but I will purchase from them if another vehicle comes in.
Diana at the front desk was very helpful and good with communication but not much else was that great. They promised to have some scratches fixed before delivering the car (which he also tried to go back on his word but I got it in writing) and it took them nearly two weeks to deliver the car and when they did it was 10:30pm and the scratches were still never fixed. Then it took them over a month to send the title to the DMV so the temporary plates expired and I am now forced to drive it without plates and their employee Yelena that was supposed to send the plates to the DMV was ENTIRELY incompetent. They didn’t even tell the company it’s financed through my correct address so that was delayed as well. The car otherwise seems great and it was a good price but I wish I bought it through someone else

Dealer responded promptly via email to my initial inquiry. Unfortunately, I then shared that I was no longer interested after seeing the aftermarket sunroof in one or two of the photos. The dealer quickly replied to acknowledge this in a professionally courteous manner. Based on this accommodating experience I would gladly engage in future business with Sardar.
