The have marketing assistance manage all the messaging, except they do not really know what's going on
with the inventory and do not check with the people on site at the dealership. I drove an hour to go view the
vehicle I was promised was there on the lot, but turns out the person that was working on site had no idea
about the vehicle, and didn't even speak English so they had to tell me over the phone from another person
that the vehicle sold. Do not trust their Customer Service!

Bad experience !! I had made an appt on a Wednesday for that Saturday and showed up to my appt as scheduled they asked what car was my appt for I said the Chevy SS trailblazer the guy said they sold that yesterday meaning the day before my appt !! Drive and hour and half for nothing !! No call nothing to let me know the vehicle was sold nothing !!

Everyone at Auto Race was very pleasant. I purchased the Tahoe at a fair price.
