Just adding to the many good reviews ASAP already has. Got an unheard of deal on my Mini and he took care of all the paperwork in under 30 minutes. Took it to the dealership after purchase to make sure she didn’t need any extra love to keep her drivable and they told me there was no mechanical issues. Like anyone else I’m pretty skeptical of used cars and their dealerships and ended up with a great car. 10/10 would come here again.

Car looks good from the outside. In side it looked like it was underwater at some point. Salesman gave me the key and I went by myself to look at this car. Would start, had rust inside where there shouldn’t have been. Wasn’t what they were advertising

Run... I sent an email to confirm details about SUV. Bud seemed nice. He referred me to the website for the VIN # as I wanted to get a car fax and they do not offer one. I asked him to hold the SUV for me as it is a 1.5 hour drive to dealership. In which he told me NO PROBLEM MA'AM! I pulled carfax to verify the SUV and called my lender to give her the vin # to start paperwork on SUV. I called Bud back to say I was on my way there and he said "sorry it just sold" I said what?? I asked you to hold it for me. He said sorry... At least they could have called me before they sold it out from under me. I would have been furious if I had drove 1.5 hours for nothing!!!! Poor customer service and communication. Then he went on to tell me, no worries ma'am because that car has problems!!! Really... did you tell the people that are buying it out from under me that it has problems. Guess I should count my blessings!!!

They sent an email that said “car sold”. No other effort was made on their part.

Truck was not in the best shape. Missing the inside door panel . You could not lock or unlock . You could not get the electric windows up or down. Would have not traveled 125 miles had I known.

Couldn't provide deals on the vehicle. Seemed rushed on the phone.

Wonderful people. Very helpful and vehicles are top notch and priced at almost unbelievably reasonable prices. Great experience.

Very disrespectful lie about conversation. Vehicle was in bad condition and need tires. If I could I would give them no stars. They actually hung the phone up on me when I questioned them about the hours of operation.

Started negotiating at 10 am . Made an appointment to go to the dealership with the trade in . The dealership is 2 1/2 hours away . Half way there , they called and said the car was just sold . Those people suck ! They do not have any integrity !

I can tell that I am very happy with purchasing my last beauty from ASAP Motors, my Lexus GS, as this is not the first car I bought from ASAP since 2016. The guys are very friendly and treat their customer in high valuable way, they answered all the questions I had about the cars and i was never made to wait for an answer, also while Stan were preparing the paperwork, I was offered a very tasty coffee made by Alex. Very bad experience!! I called them asked them if the car drives since im two hour drive from them and they said “Its a Jeep of course nothing wrong with it”.. It turns out the car has major transmission and differential failure it’s not even possible to go above 40 mph.. also front suspension problems.. just waisted my time driving all together 4-5 hours.. No honest people..!!
