Megan at AM Ford gave us the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Honestly we dread buying vehicles bc of salespeople being push and not being up front about things. We were a little over 3 hours away and didn’t want to waste the drive if the truck was dinged up or scratched on the outside or had any other underlying issues that weren’t disclosed. Megan went outside while it was snowing did a full video close up walk around for us zooming in so we could see every inch of the truck to confirm there were no scratches or dings. She also went inside the vehicle and video’s it and started the truck up for us so we could hear everything. We decided to try and go to the dealership to buy the truck but Megan said they would happily deliver to us which was amazing and saved us the 3 hour drive there. Very simple and easy process to do and we appreciated it. Would 100% buy from them again. Thanks Megan!

nice experience
Overall, I was pleased withe communication during fhe buying process. However, I do feel that
not all of the issues with the vehicle were made apparent in the beginning. Additionally, I am out
of state and could not easily get to the dealer to inspect or pickup the vehicle. There were some
communication issues between the dealer, the transporter, and myself. I did purchase the vehicle,
and so far have been happy with it.

Emilee responses to me quickly but that rav 4 aols earlier in the day. She is a great sales lady hungry for a sale and very helpful.
