I'll try to give my objective review of these guys.
I went last Sunday to buy a used Hyundai Elentra from these guys. A sales person (named Julian I believe) took for a test drive and we liked the car. He than brought the price which I believe was 24 thousand something. I told him that my budget is not more than 21 thousand drive-out cost, and I'm sure they could neve give me the price.
He talked to the manager and to my surprise he lowered it down to 21K and got my signature that it was okay. Julian was awesome!
In the finance department, Mandella also looked very courteous. At one point he stated that if I change the oil of the car for next 3 years, he'll lower my monthly payment by about $20. So my wife, in whose name the car is, is good faith signed everything in ipad fully trusting him. Later on with all surprise we discovered that he made us sign service and other warranty contracts worth about $5,500.

The salesperson that I had was kind. I could tell he wasn't experience. However, toward the closing of the deal, they all didn't know how to negotiate and wanted me to pay ridiculous fees that they didn't want to reduce. They knew something was wrong with the vehicle and told me to just take it to the dealership so they could repair it. What?? Just awful....please stay away. You have been warned!!! The fees are all jacked up.
There are many issues with this dealership. They engage in false advertising. I checked their website last week to confirm the discount conditions before visiting, but when I arrived, I noticed that the discount information on the website had been changed. When I raised an objection, they made excuses, claiming it was the lease price. They demanded a higher price overall, and their additional fees were also more expensive compared to other dealerships.

I wasn't impressed. The car i was interested in come to find out after a 2hr drive was listed as an lemon. Then they tried to sell me another car but didn't listen to my request. It was a waste of a drive.
You have to chase them like children for them to do anything after they get
your personal information. Your personal information will be open to anyone
to take as you'll be on speaker phone with people in the room. 4 people
spoke to, 3 people given my personal information. Not one piece of
information in return. Didn't even give results of credit check.

They called me and said it was still available when I got to the dealership they said the
vehicle was on loan. a day later they told me they would try to get it back off loan if I was
truly interested in a purchase. I assured them I was. They never called me again. I called
once and was told they were still working on getting the vehicle back. Been 8 days now......

Classic bait and switch sales scheme. The listed price is not the price. We get to the dealer and they gave us a price that had 5k$ added for extras. After objection they removed 3k$ but refused to remove 2k$ for options that the dealer says they added to the car 200+ days ago but weren’t included in the published sales price. The 29k$ price never was the real price. We walked out.

Dave called me repeatedly pushing sales but never answering questions emailed me multiple times every time I respond with specific questions they don't answer any of my questions just more sales emails.

This dealership tried to rip me off on the palisade limited there was 299.$ for floor mats 299.$ for first aid kits 400.$ for tinted windows etc. about 4500$ extra for stuff that comes on the car anyway total ripoff

Did contact me more than once. I ended up sick with the flu. And still very sick. They did what they were supposed to do.
This was not a good experience. The person that I made an appointment to see was too busy to serve me. After waiting in the showroom to 1/2 hour, I was informed by the sales rep that my wife and I were handed off to, that the car that we had made an appointment to see had already been sold. After our substitute sale rep made an exhaustive search of their inventory, we were informed there weren't any other vehicles at that location that were in our budget. The sale manager then made an attempt to sell us a car that was well beyond our budget. We walked away from this dealership 2-1/2 hours later with no car and a bad taste in our mouth. Yesterday, the original contact person from this dealership attempted to make a follow-up call to me which I missed. When I returned the call 15 minutes later, there was no answer and her mailbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message.

This dealer is a joke----First contact was on another car-upon arriving at dealership two hours later, car had been supposedly sold.-The old "Bait & Switch" scheme. The above mentioned car similar, with impossible qualifications to purchase. By the way I was paying cash---This is a very underhanded way for this dealer to do business. I purchased new auto from another dealership today. I will never consider these people again.
