Great response time to all questions any inquiries. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
I scheduled a visit to see a specific car, spoke to a sales representative about the car, including while I was driving there, and then when I got there (with my mechanic), they'd had to pull it from inventory after suddenly finding mechanical problems the "previous owner " hadn't told them about. Do you want to look around? they asked. Nevermind that I'd driven about an hour and a half to see a specific car that they knew well in advance I was coming to see. I don't know if my mechanic being there was the problem or if it was a well priced used car they advertised to lure you to the dealership. CarGurus said the car had been sitting on their lot for 2 months.

This dealer called me for an appointment on a Sunday for the following Tuesday I drive two hours to test drive a Santa Cruz the truck was parked in the very back of this lot dirty look like it was back for months and they didn’t have a key for it, a total waste of my time

Was set to buy car . Sales person was very disappointing. He was a usual used car hustler. Was on my way that morning to pick it up. Could not contact him. Finally got a sales manager to take my call to be informed it had been sold.

Excellent experience our Sales person Bruce got us what we wanted. Finance manager Mr. Williams provided great financial services with different options.Very honest bunch of guys great experience.
Very difficult to communicate with. Was very interested in buying their car but needed an idea on my payments before making the 4 hour trip. Spent a week trying to get the information before being told the car had been promised to someone else the whole time! Then they changed their minds & it was available again so I let them run my credit, again after 2 days waiting & multiple calls to get the info I was told they had sold the car! Very dishonest dealer!!!

It was the most insulting, humiliating and discriminating experienece i have ever had. They would not even give me book value for my car. They made me sit out in at a public table while they took orher people into offices to discuss their trade. Will NEVER go back!

Very nice people
I contacted Nalley Chevrolet four days ago (7/14/18), and they responded
at noon the next day. When I went to check out the car in person, I got
there later than expected due to travel, and ended up only having an hour
to work with. My sales agent (Sidney Howell) was extremely
understanding. She allowed me to take the vehicle on a route that I had
planned beforehand, and was extremely informative during the entire ride.
We did not come to an agreement on the price of the vehicle, but I felt
heard and I believe that she was honestly trying to get me a good deal. I
would definitely recommend the dealership and sales agent to anyone in
the area that's looking for a vehicle.
Great experience , no smoke and mirrors like most good advertised price ads from dealers. JD our salesmen was timely , professional, accommodating and made the deal the painless. This dealership is worth the drive from w/e . Can't say enough good things about this experience. We got put through the wringer by several other dealerships until we landed here.

Waste of my time..I told the salesman the offer I was given at another dealership and the financial team said they can beat the offer..2hrs later I meet with financial officer and he flips the script and say the other offer wasnt realistic..well guess who I purchased my car from--the other dealership so yeah that offer wasn't unrealistic.

This dealer would not answer the
questions that I sent to them. They never
posted a picture even when ask.
Wouldn't describe the interior or whether
it was automatic or stick. Ask them
several times. They only kept wanting
me to make an appointment to come and
see the car. They are 59 miles from me. I
just wanted a little more information
about the car before a might have wasted
mine and their time. No luck. Their
internet department is terrible. I only rate
them with 1 star because they responded
at least.

Very nice people to deal with. Mr. Wright, our salesman, made a normally painful ordeal of buying a car very delightful. I will definitely deal with them a gain in the future.
