Responsive and provided pics and video to help us make a good purchasing decision. We did our own VIN check as they did not provide that. Answered our questions and provided information on purchasing, warranty, shipping etc. Good deal on shipping. Nice warranty. Did receive vehicle with missing trim parts and damaged drivers side mirror. Dealer and shipper took no responsibility for. So, we had to. Not the best experience with our first online car purchase.

Responded to me the same day even though they probably knew that I wouldn't qualify for the car I was trying to finance with my credit score and down payment were as low as they were on my credit application. I'll definitely be contacting them in a couple months when I have more money to put down and have improved my credit score some more.

They worked overtime to repair the A/C system before I took delivery of my F350 Super Duty Platinum. The sales staff was very accommodating.

The people where nice. But the inspection of the truck they said they did was a lie. I had to replace two batteries 400$ put a new oil pan gasket on because all the oil drained out in the two weeks of owning the truck. And when I called they said it was a normal thing for Ford's to leak.. 36,000.$ u would think I wouldn't have to do to much to it in the first couple weeks of buying it..

What A great dealership this is they took the time to answer all my questions and they worked with me on the price of the suburban
I had been searching for a late model truck for quite sometime. Car Gurus had been doing an excellent job of giving me the latest listings for the make and model I was looking for. Over the course of time I had become familiar with the pricing for various years. Usually when I below normal price is listed the vehicle has mileage in excess of 200,000 miles. So, you can imagine my surprise, when a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS Crew Cab 4WD with 85,948 miles on the clock was listed for $24,999 !!! I called the number and after speaking with Adam, who answered all my questions, I put down a deposit. I've never been to Barberton, Ohio, which is about an hour and twenty minutes from my home, but believe me when I say A&H Ride In Pride Auto Group is worth the trip. When I went to buy the truck I was greeted by Heath, an associate there, and he was one of the nicest salesmen you would ever want to meet. Adam was there also, and he was also a great guy to talk to. I encourage you to see them.

Adam was very responsive by phone and text. We drove over 6hrs one way to get there with check in hand. I knew as soon as we opened the door to look inside it wasn’t anything close to what the pics showed. Very let down.

Adam was very helpful and willing to negotiate. He also included a 90 warranty at no extra charge! Honest and sincere. He even threw in a bed liner with the deal. I would recommend this dealer.
