I did not trade in or finance. That is why the mid range. Sam was upfront and honest. The processing fee was as advertised, nothing hidden. He was quick. I think the process took 30 minutes. That was only because I like to read the details. I did have an issue with a door switch. Sam had me bring it back. He ordered a new switch , no questions asked. They will put it in at no extra cost. Sam and his mechanic did the mileage service on the vehicle as well. Plugs , oil change and CVT oil replacement. AMAZING!! Wish I would have saved time by shopping here first. The other dealers were more expensive, played games and wasted my time. Sam was honest and upfront.
