Vehicle was nice and clean. The lights on the AC buttons were glitchy, which worried me that it may be an electrical problem. Dealer didn't know why, nor did he care...but he was pleasant. Chose to keep looking.

I can’t express how happy I am with the service that I received from Sam. He was very informative and set up an appointment for me to see the car since I was coming all the way down from Ventura. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the cars functionality and warranties. The friendliness that he delivers is by far amazing. He made the financing so simple. Sam was super nice from the getgo- very communicative and helpful. Texted me the address while I was driving…. Very considerate. I found them to be very straightforward and really helpful. Because I submitted my credit app before going in, I literally just walked into their office and he had the keys ready for me to test drive. Easy and fast process. Would highly recommend!!!

They ran my credit and then removed the car from the website, never called to let me know they did these things . The guy on the phone had an attitude and demanded I tell him my name, a week after he ran my credit and doesn’t recall or know why I called him. Not sure how you can do business with them but that was a waste of my time…

Genuine and welcoming was the general experience walking in. Immediately; I got a big smile and greeted by name while attending to another customer. The coffee maker and healthy fruit snacks were a big hit for me. I’d taken a Lyft from an hour away in a rush without eating. Before too long (not 5min) I had the key in my hand for a test drive. The drive went smooth as a fumbled my way around North Hollywood industrial area looking for diesel. The car was recently cleaned but not damp. This happens a lot at used dealerships. Floor mats were clean and covered with new paper mats. The car was as described and the price was comfortable. The extra fees went to registration, smog and tax. No hidden costs. It’s a good feeling when someone wants your business. IMHO Mutual respect is the commodity when buying used and starting a dealer relationship. I look forward to buying a AWD SUV or small 4WD truck from ASE soon as I can afford it. My 1st Benz and maybe not my last. Thanks for the drive.

Excellent experience with ASE Auto!!!.... Sam is very responsive. Texted and called back right away- very professional. I felt heard, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The listing was definitely accurate and the car was even better than I expected!!! Sam met me at the dealership, wearing a mask, and the car was spotless! He even re-wiped it clean and sanitized extra. Overall impression was great. Wonderful dealer, very nice person, and awesome vehicle. I will def be back and highly recommend ASE Auto.

Arrived at the dealership by appointment. I was very much looking forward to purchasing this car. This dealership required that they run my credit prior to test driving a vehicle priced at 9,000 dollars. I've never had to have my credit run prior to any test drive so i chuckled because i thought he was just joking. This upset him. He very rudely responded "i dont see whats so funny, it not a regular car, its a bmw". My girlfriend and I were very surprised by his short temper. I highly recommend avoiding this dealship.

I don’t usually give the maximum amount of stars! But the dealer was very personable. He knew his business and allowed me to be relaxed and comfortable while discussing business. I felt the final price was fair and he made every attempt to point out things I might have missed. Bottom line? I bought the car!!

Contacted by Sean. Scheduled test drive for following day. Called that morning to confirm that drive, Sean was with another customer, and they had sold the truck last night. However they had two other more expensive trucks available. Disappointed that Sean knew I'd be driving an hour there to see the truck and he didn't email or call and tell me the truck had been sold. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH

Great experience provides by Jesus and Sam. I recommend these guys highly! They provided multiple financing options (though I ended up bringing my own financing) and didn't play any of the normal used-car dealer games.
