Inquired about the Jetta. Dealer replied it was available. When I called to go purchase it he said it needed work and he would call me back. He never did.
This dealership is absolutely awful!!! They completely misrepresent the way the cars look online. Several of the cars that we saw online were either much higher priced on the lot, or they just couldn't locate them. Almost every car was dented or scratched and none of that was stated online. Every car that we told the so called salesman that we would like to look at, he told us that it had mechanical issues or didn't run well. He instead showed us two of the oldest, beat up cars on the lot and told us that they ran the best and were our best option. He was not willing to work with us on price, even $100, and was quite rude about it. It was so bad, that upon going in, we had another customer pray for us if we were going in to look at cars. We had driven three hours to get there and were treated like a bother. I would have been really scared honestly to drive any of those cars home. Please don't waste your time or energy going to this shady dealership.

Unprofessional sales reps. I called before I went to look at car and once I got there I was giving the run around between both lots. They kept ping ponging me between the lots saying the car I was looking for was at the other lot. Once I was able to see the car it was filthy. Has not been detailed for sale and I looked at 2 cars and neither one would start or stay running. Stay away at all cost!

Never responded via Car Girus, so I called... TWICE. Both times, I was rushed off the phone by the rudest salesman I've ever encountered because he was sooo busyand crowded. So of course, I drive up there (over an hour from Philly)because I really wanted this car, right? Get there... it's empty af.... THEN without boring you, I'll just say I was catfished... with a Car, no less. Cursing emoji. Smh...

Salesman contacted me but I was unable to get a ride there. Too far away
I drove from Lake Erie down to this dealer only to find out that the floor boards looked like Swiss cheese. Round trip over 800 miles. Over $170 in gas, and $37.80 in tolls. With my arm in a sling due to surgery from a Marine Corps injury. Seriously, you could of told me that the driver side and passenger side has holes larger than inch all over the floor. I specifically asked if the floor or frame was rusting out, I was assured it was not. And was not told about the gaping holes in the floor boards. Not only did you waste my time and money, but you wasted my good friends time too because I need help driving. Yes I proudly served My country in the United States Marine corps., but I am deeply ashamed of people that are not upfront and trustworthy. Make a honest living without trying to hustle anyone.

This dealer sold me a vehicle that was actually a hazard and should not have even been on the road. It took 3 months to receive the title. After spending over 5000 the vehicle had to be salvaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Poor choice they have no knowledge of their stock purchased the car for listed price. I understand that there are used cars with fairly high mileage however within the first five days of having this vehicle I've already put in over $3,000 in major repairs with another $1,800 of repairs pending as well as an alternator these people shouldn't be in the car business because it seems like they buy junk cars just put a sticker on them and sell them ridiculous

I am to young to buy or drive a car, but I was looking for when I am able to drive in about 21/2 years maybe even a little less. I love this car, and my experience was wonderful. This dealership is great!!!! I highly recommend!!!!

unprofessional and misleading I've put in for this car numerous times and never received a callback. When I would call I've gotten the voicemail everytime. Once when I finally got through someone informed me that the car was sold the day before!. Which was a lie because the voicemail came on all of that day!. It was a inside sale more than likely!.

girlfriend bought this eclipse and we were told the car runs
fine no problems. well thats not true. it needs a ball joint the
dash board is cracked, the right headlight bulb wasnt even
in the light fixture. the car was low on oil which i had to do
myself. no winshield fluid. the radio didnt work needs a
code. needs an engine mount because the car vibrates like
crazy when idling. and to top it off the tire came off the back
passenger rim while my girlfriend and daughter were coming
to see me. in the picture car doesnt look the bad but thats
the good side. other side the car was hit or in an accident.
would never buy a car here again or recomend them to
anyone. my girlfriend is pregnant and they sold this crap to
her but only because i wasnt there.
