The dealership got back to me and answered my questions. Just did not buy the truck because of the miles and it had not been bulletproofed. Dealership seems honest and is not trying to rip anyone off, priced at a fair price for what the truck is.

Not really interested in selling car. Quoted me same price as a month ago. Before price drop. First time spoke w/manager, told him looked at car but he was busy w/another cust. Spoke w/manager on phone. Told him car was dirty smelled of smoke, said was going to get detailed, spent 5 grand on machine that will make car smell like new. Month later after price drop of $200.00 he e-mailed same price he quoted me a month ago

I took a chance and traveled from California to Chicago. I could not be more satisfied! If you want to buy a high-quality used Mercedes sprinter, and you don’t contact these guys… You’ve made a big mistake. Mike Nichols is an awesome guy! I could not be more happy with the 2014 sprinter that I bought from him. The vans are priced to sell, and every time I sent a VIN number to my bank, The bank agreed with the valuation. Highly recommended!!! These are THE Sprinter guys! I will definitely be sending all of my friends to Chicago…

Mike was awesome. I was working on a deal with one van at his dealership and when I decided that I would look at a different one, he was ready to deal there too. He was more than fair, willing to work with me and answer all my little questions. He was also the first dealer to talk shipping the vehicle to me and at a great rate. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from someone else- feel a bit guilty about that because Mike was awesome but I was ready to purchase from him- this place was so easy to work with.

I went on Saturday to see this 2013 X5. I made a 2pm appt and I got there at 1:15. I had to wait for them to bring the truck because the owner's wife or mom been driving this truck. Well, the truck was absolutely disgusting!!! I drove over an hour to see this truck. It had dog hair all over the truck and smelled of dogs. I never seen so much dog hair in someone's vehicle before. I wouldn't even test drive it. It also has over 90,000 miles on it. The truck isn't what you think. I asked Mike the salesperson, why are you all destroying this truck? It was truly a waste of my time!

I wasn't important enough. My credit score did not warrant a return call. They asked me to submit a credit application. Once I did there was no more contact. Not even a sorry we can't help you.

Could not find the keys after going all the way to see the vehicle. The vehicle was very dirty not ready for presentation at all

I called about the truck they said was at the body shop I left my name and phone number they suppose to call me when they get it back never got a call When I called a week later they said they sold it

I spoke to a slaesman named nick I believe and he was the most dry salesman ive ever met. I didnt have the greatest credit but told him i had a cosigner, he never followed up with me about that and didn't seem to care any less than he possibly could about getting a sale. its been a week and he still hasnt called me back about having money down, if i have a trade in, or even to get my cosigners information. So i took my business elsewhere and am being helped by a good team.

I called, they said they had thr car on the lot, so I drive an hour and twenty minutes away to get there and the car isnt there. They said for the inconvenience they would hold it for me and bring it to my house. I call for them to bring it to my house, and they say that they sold it. I go online and the car is still on there 3 days later.

Sold car left online and said I should have checked online inventory though I did car still listed never dealing with them

We decided to test drive a car from this lot, the car had a funny smell, my husband look under the sets and there was mice under the seat NASTY!!!! We will never go back there for anything!
