I made contact and they sent an email saying that someone would be contacting me soon and it's been almost a week since and no calls, texts or Emails from them. I will seek to buy a car elsewhere.

I called this dealer and set up a time to come and drive the vehicle. (Mind you the guy answered with “hello” i had to ask if this was the dealership). He sounded like he was asleep…I get there I had to ring the bell because the door was locked. A voice came on the ring door bell speaker all muffled and saying “Gods knows what” I think I heard he would be out soon…‍♀️..I start to look around …the vehicles were all crammed up in this tiny space ..I never saw the vehicle I called about. I looked around some more, some vehicles said, “No warranty, AS IS” and I mean bolded letters and everything else scratched out like a toddler did it!…I ran for the hills!! As I’m driving back home I get a text, “Are you around”, No sir I left you took to long to come out…his response, “I was in traffic, do you want to reschedule”…ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Drove 2 hours to purchase this car called ahead of time they said the car was still there I came out the car was crashed they knew about it for more then 2 weeks prior and they didn’t inform me until I got there and his excuse was that “sometimes you leave the lot with something else” instead of just telling me the vehicle was unavailable

I reached out to A 2 Z motors and had set up an appointment to test drive, that appointment was canceled by them because the owner took the cars keys home and couldn’t be reached the rest of that day. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule but three days later hadn’t heard back so I called them. The guy on the phone was rude and told me they had no application for me and that I needed to fill out another one (which I did with no problem) they gave me a hard time about my appointment time, argued back and forth for a bit. At the appointment the dealer sat in silence for 15 minutes, didn’t even look up. I drove an hour there only to be told they gave the car to someone to “service” the day before and hadn’t gotten it back yet. Tried to get me to sign papers on a car they didn’t even have yet. I’m convinced they never had the car to begin with or maybe sold it to someone else and wasted my time. -10/10 experience. Never going there again and I suggest buying anywhere else.

Please read! I was completely shocked by this dealership. Based on their reviews online, I must say I was more than hesitant to reach out to them. The reviews were not good at all but I was pleasantly surprised. I used car gurus to alert the dealership that I was interested in a vehicle. I received an automated reply but no one reached out to me personally. A few days later I called. The individual who answered the phone said “ hello”, did not introduce themselves or say the name of the dealership. I had to ask if this was A2Z. Once I said I was interested in a vehicle the employee became alive! He was nice and really down to earth. I told him my financial situation and he wasn’t phased at all. He told me that while he couldn’t make any guarantees, it was very likely they could get me the car I wanted because they work with these credit issues all the time. Long story short, I felt comfortable and confident enough to go for it! So I submitted my credit application and pay stubs online. The Finance Manager, Oz, was slow in processing everything. It wasn’t until 6:30 later that evening, a full work day after I submitted my info, did I receive a call saying “come on in, your good.” Imagine my excitement! I took off of work the next day and headed to the dealership. I was told not to come until about 1pm because the owner/finance manager Oz doesn’t come in until 1pm or so. Once I arrived I saw the car and it was in excellent condition. Inside the dealership wasn’t very pretty. Ceiling tiles missing, empty and unorganized desk, somewhat dirty And there was only one employee who was the guy I spoke with. He was very cool. He took a copy of my Liscence and as we prepared to take a test drive. But, then I was told I needed $1000 dollars more than what I told him I could provide over the phone. I wasn’t happy. I was told I could get the vehicle based off of the information I had given them. Oz, the finance manager is an interesting character. Very quiet, and subdued but he said he would try to find a bank to work with me and so he left in his car for about 45 min to try and work with a local bank. I sat there talking to Ty, the employee about the process of buying a car ....... I thought the entire time “I’ve take off of work and won’t get holiday because I took off today and now I can’t even get a car.” Oz came back about an hour later. We went into his office (which was messy) and he told me that he couldn’t find anyone for that vehicle but had a white fusion/ same model / more mileage but hybrid and with more “features.” I walked out and looked at it. And I loved it. In the end, I still paid about $200 more than I wanted for down payment but my monthly payments are reasonable and the car is in great condition ....so far. I don’t anticipate having any issues with the car now that I’ve had it over a week. We will see. In the end I got the make and model I wanted with a sunroof! Oz is a cool guy. Despite what most of the reviews say. He’s definitely quiet but that’s perhaps because of all the stuff he may have had to deal with regarding past customers. Hopefully all continues to go well. I still have to pay $200 to complete my down payment and also pay the taxes in 60 days. I’m scared they may try to pull something funny with my bank info...lol. But no, for real, I got a car, a Bette car than I had wanted and I’m happy despite my concerns. If you go to them with money and ready to make it happen, they will make it happen.

The operation seemed sketchy. The battery in car was dead-they had to jump start car. The fuel light was on, after they jumped the battery, we had to drive to get gas. The air bag light was on--I ran carfax on vehicle--air bag recall. The car hadn't been driven in a year.
