Great experience from start to finish. I was on my way to Maryland to buy a Yukon Denali but stopped at 909 first—and I’m glad I did. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted. The salesman connected me with Malik, and he made the whole process smooth and easy. They treated me like family. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next vehicle.

Inquired about a 2013 Ford Escape, John says Sure! It's available, come on in. We get there and Dan says.. No, it's not available but I have a great Honda Pilot, but you need to act fast, I'm trying to convince my wife to buy it.
We test drive it, it has bad brakes, 4 different tires, an electrical issue and a bad engine knock, even for a VTech. So we decide to move on.
Later that afternoon Dan leaves me a voicemail, not realizing we were just standing face to face a few hours previous...
Hey! I saw you're looking for a 2013 Ford Escape. Come on in and check it out anytime you want.
Their billing department is absolutely horrible!
I had a free qualifying offer and doing my own financing with my own bank that they did not even care to recognize they just wanted to hard pull my credit and do their own financing, not to mention all of the extra taxes and fees and cleaning services that they wanted to add on for a ridiculous extra fee. One worker told me that I was not going to find a better offer than them. However, I went to a different dealership and was honored with my prequalifying offer and got an even better deal so they lost out.

Dealer responded back and appointment was scheduled. The dealer answered all my questions about the car.
Mo at the Bordentown location was who I was working with, Mo was upfront, straight up with me from the moment I walked
in the door. The girl in the office was a sweetheart she was friendly, helpful. Mo was not pushy did not try to sell me on
something higher priced. He worked with me step by step on the specific vehicle I was looking at. He went above and
beyond to work out financing for me when he didn't really have to. Mo was friendly, professional, helpful and, all around a
good guy to work with. I made my down payment did my paperwork was in and out with no hassles or issues. I would send
any one of my friends or, family up to see him and, would not hesitate to recommend Mo to any one that happen to be

I took the truck for a test drive,and whem i parked the truck back at the dealer smoke started coming from under the hood,burnt oil,when i mentioned this to the salesman the " salesman " the salesman said to me we can fix it for you lol.
This was a total joke. I had to make an appointment to see the car had to call and confirm the appointment the morning of called in Perry firmed appointment drove an hour and a half only to be told the car was not in Bordentown, but in a different dealership in another town had to drive the additional miles to get to the other dealership to walk in and be told the car was sold Yet the car is still on the website as available treated extremely poorly and rude by manager and staff steer clear of this joke. We showed up with cash in hand to buy the car when we told him that why weren’t we called to see if the car had sold when they knew we were coming and why did they waste our time we were told it wasn’t a waste of time they sold a car .
Terrible when I first called they had me on hold for 10 minutes, they said the truck I wanted to look at was available when I get there there is zero parking, then after I check in I waited 20 minutes just for the salesman to tell me the vehicle is in the shop and I can’t look at it finally after I convinced them to at least look at the vehicle I see the thing was clearly in a accident when it was posted having none and no damage
If I could give them half a star I would, one of the owners had me wait 6 hours for a test drive today , because they had to fix something on it so I could take it out and 6 hours later he tells me (YOU TAKE NOW ! YOU TAKE)
I said let me drive it first and he replied by saying if I wanted it now since it runs he would bump up the price $500….. SCAMMERS AT ITS FINEST

Dealor post a bait vehicle to bring people in shop. When you call and inquire about the vehicle. They’ll tell you vehicle is here and ready for test drive. But when you get there they tell you oh the vehicle is in shop for evaluation. They have shop onsite. If you ask them to show the vehicle they’ll tell you it’s in other shop.
They’ll pretend they are so sorry they’ll give you additional $200. Discount and will give you there cell phone to call back directly but never answer or respond back.

Purchased a car. They are super busy but good place. I would buy here again
Horrible dealer, post wrong photos and fake photos of different cars then when you inquire they tell you it was a processing error. Tried twice got the same b.s. buy from someone honest at least in the bare minimum regard of posting real photos to actual vehicles available and have accurate information on the vehicle. It’s so obvious this is a ploy to get you to come in so they can sell you something else.
Overpriced and cars are pretty beat up. Looking
closely at images shows damage. Cardiac details
show problems. Called to speak to rep and they
said it was fine. Perfect condition. Until I started
questioning the reports. Also wonât disclose the
hidden dealer fees, saying only a doc fee until you
show up. Warred drive.
The car was obviously sitting in water and they tried to play koi/naive! I took a video where you can see the bumper still had water in it through the creases and bubbled up with a little pressure. I panned over to the wheel and all you see is rust, not to mention they paled when my husband took out a flashlight and looked under the car, bumper to bumper rust... brakes rotars shocks everything, prepare for another headache. Buyer Beware.
Complete waste of time. I called them about the 2011 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet. While I was on the phone with them, they claimed that 4 other people were also interested in the car, trying to get me to put down a deposit. I asked if the car had any issues and if the convertible top worked. The owner then asked if I was Jewish. When I said "No, why?", he said "Oh, because you're asking a lot of questions..." WTF?! 2 questions is a lot?! Before I could answer, he said "Oh, the car is sold. Someone just came in and is paying cash for it..." Fast forward about a week and a half, maybe 2 weeks... I see they've just listed the car again on another website, so I call to inquire about it again. They tell me it's still available. Throughout all of our conversations, I asked at least 7 times if the convertible top worked. Each time they assured me it did, even though they knew I was coming from out of state. I drove almost 5 hours for NOTHING because the damn top didn't even work!!

Check engine light came on while doing test drive after check engine light came on truck didn’t accelerate asked the owner up front if the truck had any issues he swore that it wasn’t so we drove all the way there from Baltimore for nothing truck is not worth $16,000

Really friendly salespeople. Dealership had a lot of nice looking vehicles. I was able to make an appointment to see the vehicle and test drive it before making a decision. Prices were extremely fair and competitive.

They emailed me to come in and look at i car i request info about, i called 10 minutes later, and was scheduled to come in later that day, only foe them to tell me they sold the car, and they were very rude, they left me in the lobby for 20 minutes, so when i went to look for the sales team, they was eating pizza. Very unprofessional. I would never do business with them

They kept me waiting. When I called for a test drive, the car wasn't ready and had virtually no gas in it. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs beyond the listed price, I never got it. I felt like I was being hustled. I would not consider buying from them or recommend them to anyone
