Manny was incredibly helpful and kind! There was no sales pressure and manny and his men went above and beyond for me!
Very nice people and good customer service but the car I bought from them had a bad steering rack that wasn’t making any sounds on the test drive then magically started making sounds a week later. the diff bushings are also bad and then the alternator died on me in traffic and they couldn’t even give me the correct color mirror cap when I returned back and waited a whole month for no reason literally bought a correct color cap off marketplace lol. Car was also listed as a manual but when I seen in person it was an auto. But like I said still good and friendly people just be prepared to nitpick and make sure you check everything very closely or have your mechanic look before you buy.
Im very happy with my new car and everything about 757 Auto Outlet. Tony and Manny made me feel very
comfortable from the beginning. It was a no-stress approach. I love my car. It even came with a 90 day
warranty. Manny has the cutest doggy named Diva. She was so sweet. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased A 2010 Volkswagen EOS from 757 Auto Outlet for $7,000 the 1st week of June and started
experiencing issues with the car shortly after. After multiple failed attempts at getting in contact with
Manny or his partner Tony, I visited the shop during their hours of operation 3 separate times and no
one was there. I took my car to the Volkswagen dealership not even a month later and they shared
with me that the car would cost around $12,000 to repair. The issues with the car included: replacement
transmission, brake pad & rotor replacements, wiper blade replacements, ignition switch replacement,
upper radiator hose replacement, 4 replacement control arm bushings, an alignment with suspension
repairs, and a flush kit & coolant replacement. The VOLKSWAGEN dealership offered me $300 for the
car. In addition, I have still yet to receive my license plates, and was pulled over and given a ticket for
driving with expired temporary plates.
