I've been emailing with a customer service rep. I asked for a Carfax report or something that documents the
damage to a vehicle from a previous accident. Sometimes a different rep contacts me and doesn't have any
idea what I've been discussing with the agent that I'm working with. I think they need a CRM tool so they
can all be on the same page. Otherwise, it's been a positive experience.

In past experiences, purchasing a new or used vehicle had become an unpleasant involvement. I was thoroughly pleased when I dealt with 712 Auto Sales. Zach and his assistance Sam made it a pleasure to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. They were knowledgeable, polite, and extremely understanding of my needs, and more importantly, they obtain the honesty and flexibility one would expect from a good business. The vehicle was purchased and I highly recommend them. In the future, I will return to 712 Auto Sales should I be in the market for another quality pre-owned vehicle.

him if the price was negotiable and he said yes. He
also detailed all the work done on this car. Overall
good guy. I wished the price wasn't $3k higher than
what nadaguides suggested clean retail price was.

Thank you for the review! Unfortunately NADA and KBB are just guides and not the actual market. We sometimes sell vehicles for 5,000-6,000 below book value and sometimes sell for 5,000-6,000 over. Buying a vehicle for below book value doesn't always mean you got a good deal. We use it as a guide but still base all pricing on market values. Older Toyota and Lexus vehicles typically bring over book as they are very desirable and hold value very well. Zach is honest, not pushy, extremely efficient, pays attention to details, made my experience seamless and is personable and enjoyable. Also, I appreciated that Zach wore a mask to protect himself and us from Covid-19. His respect for space and boundaries was appreciated and not awkward. Great transaction! Jeep was as described .712 Auto
Sales is a nice place it is clean as well as the
inventory. Zac is "no pressure sales" and offers the
same packages big dealerships offer wether you
want Gap insurance, service contracts and even
financing with good credit- with out the sales
pressure! I would definitely buy from this dealer
again and probably will!

The listing accurately described the vehicle. The description was
compelling and well written. The site and the vehicle were clean
and professionally presented, promoting confidence in the seller. Zach was responsive and available. He seems to know the
business, and appears to be choosy about the vehicles he
promotes. I wish however, that he had been more aggressive
regarding financing given my credit limitations. I felt he gave up
too quickly on the sale. In the future, I will be better prepared
with an approved lender.

I am just a solo person doing everything and do stay late all the time to show vehicles but only if an appointment was set earlier in the day. I have never had this issue before but do appreciate your feedback. As a small business owner I will evaluate if I need to be doing things differently. Thanks.
