This dealership was great to work with! I called them the day before telling them that I was traveling down and had a specific car I wanted to look at. I arrived and the car was ready for me to test drive. Left my vehicle that I was trading in with them to check out and they had numbers ready for me when I got back. They gave me a fair value on my trade and I was out the door with my new car! Very easy to work with, great communication! I would recommend this dealership!!

We were totally ready to buy this vehicle, until we drove it. The vehicle had a problem with the front end and didn't feel safe to drive. He called back to tell us it was fixed but we'd already bought another vehicle.

Great experience with this dealership. We came in with a specific car in mind and they spent a lot of time helping us get the car down to our needs. It was a great experience. We left the lot with keys to the car we wanted and the staff treated us like friends instead of just customers. They did a great job of making the perfect deal! Would definitely recommend!

Did not buy a car from this dealer but felt that the sales person was highly knowledgeable and very friendly and gave me a lot of time and answered my questions and I would trust him with a car purchase over other dealers for sure

Anything not working they fix before even putting up for sale and are happy to show you the service records from the mechanic. the people themselves were nice, and on the outside the jeep looked
fantastic. However, they listed the jeep had been inspected and things
were fixed by their outside mechanic.. I brought along my own mechanic
to inspect. Jeep was in terrible shape mechanically. expensive repairs,
lots of them.
And rust was painted over on the undercarriage to cover a lot of rust .
My mechanic went down the list of everything that was wrong with the
jeep. Did they know? I can't say, but their mechanic should have voiced
these findings.. Bottom line.. have an outside inspection of your own to
give yourself piece of mind. I did notice they pulled the jeep off the site
which is good. that car had no business being sold that way.

I often read reviews but don’t normally write one. In fact, this is my first,
but after having such a positive experience buying a used car at 5280
Motor Company, I wanted to share it with others.
I was looking for a reliable car on behalf of my daughter. I found one at
5280 that fit her budget. Having shopped around for several months, the
car was reasonably priced compared to the same make and model
advertised at other dealers.
I worked with Brandon who was great. He had the car ready when I came
over to take a first look. He provided a Carfax report and answered all of
my questions. When I came back later in the day to buy the car, he had
all the paperwork ready. I was in and out of his office in less than an hour.
At the time of purchase, we both noticed a “squeaking” noise coming
from the brakes. After sharing the results of an inspection just a few days
later with Brandon, he agreed to cover the majority of the cost – a very
fair gesture which reinforced a comment he repeated that having to
repair/replace something so quickly is not the way he does business.
There are certainly many places to consider when buying a used car. I
think 5280 is one you should definitely check out – very fair and easy to
do business with. See Brandon for a no-pressure, no-nonsense
experience
