Dealership contacted me within an hour regarding a vehicle. It indicated that the vehicle had not been through their shop yet and was not available for review. He asked me some general questions regarding what I was looking for. He got back to me within a day and said that they had just taken in a vehicle that he thought would suit my needs. I went down to look at it and took it for a test drive. The dealership also allowed me to take the vehicle for a few hours to have it independently inspected. The sales staff was incredible and not pushy at all.

I had inquired about this truck on a Friday and then followed up on Saturday to which the person there said his family was in town and they were closed and he would get back to me on that following Tuesday when they opened back up which is no big deal. Tuesday came around and he called and asked if I was coming by and I said "yes, I'm very interested and I'll be there around 4ish to come look and possibly take it off your hands" he said ok. I get there like 2 minutes before 4 and walk in to find that someone else was already doing paperwork on the same truck and I walk in and he said I can't help when people decide to come in. You knew I was coming at 4.. if someone else was looking at the truck then make a phone call and let me know instead of me driving an hour to get there and waste my time. I waited there like an hour and eventually he said he would let me know the outcome if they got the truck or not, if I wanted to just come back another time. Worst car buying experience EVER! L

Trent was so helpful!! He answered every question I had plus some. These guys are so polite and honest you feel welcome and comfortable. Not like most dealerships. This is a family friendly environment. I will definitely come back when searching for the perfect car when I have what I need to get into a vehicle. Larry was a very nice gentleman, I hope to work with these guys here very soon. This dealership is great!!

My wife and I were not looking forward to going through the process of finding another vehicle at any car dealership for obvious reasons. However when we came to Four-Ten Auto Sales it was very low key and relaxing as Larry was able to give us really great customer service with answering our questions about the vehicle we were interested in. After the test drive, Larry and the rest of his team were able to work with us with our finances and give us favorable terms. I recommend them highly. They seem to be real genuine people who are really interested in helping you get the right car for you at the right affordable price.

Honest, friendly, funny, negotiable, prompt, helpful and best dealer experience I have personally ever had. They really want to help you get the car you want. I definitely got the car that I wanted and they helped me get it. Even picked me up from the airport when I flew to get the truck!

Unfortunately we couldn't reach a deal with the truck, which was on consignment. They seemed like honest, good people and were willing to work with me to ensure a fair price. They have a lot of nice trucks in their lot. I wouldn't hesitate trying to do business with them again if they had the truck I was looking for.
