The 5 Stars is for the responsiveness to an inquiry about a used Camry XLE. The sales agent listened well and was very helpful at answering our detailed questions. We were "online car shopping" with a list of very specific criteria. The car we were looking at was a "smoker's" car , therefore, we did not actually visit the dealership or make a purchase. The sales person, himself a smoker, was very honest and went out of his way to have a non smoker check the car for smoke odor. This saved us a half day trip, which is much appreciated.
