They responded quickly and helped me get set up with my own lender. I had it checked out by a shop nearby, and the car was in great condition. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
I purchased this 2011 Chevy Traverse for my wife because we needed a family vehicle to haul the kids
in and so far we love it! It drives smoothly and had all needed maintenance done by the good people at
1A Auto before we purchased it which was really nice. The price was great here and the service was
even better; I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to 1A if they were in need of a vehicle!
Was informed that the vehicle was in the shop due to the lights not working but will be back in a few days.

On 5/31/20, I purchased a vehicle from 1A Auto Mart Inc. According to the advertisement through CarGurus, the vehicle is a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle with 85,562 miles with a
purchase amount of $3500. Since I purchased the vehicle, the exhaust needed replacement, the vacuum brake booster needed replacement, the power brake booster need
replacement, both front-wheel struts needed replacement, bearing, clutch master cyl. needs replacement. Plus, the radio does not work, the motor in the windshield wiper is
out, and the passenger car windows are not aligned correctly and leaks water inside the vehicle. I spent over $2000 in parts and repairs. I am still unable to drive the vehicle
due to the clutch transaxle needing to be repaired. This repair will cost $1834. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have driven it for about two weeks. I called the dealership
concerning the issues with the vehicle. He responded that "he did not care anymore". and the car was in good condition. Disappointed!

Hi Bridgett, I apologize for your experience. Buying used cars can be troublesome sometimes given that all the parts are not in the condition they were in when first manufactured. Customers are more than welcome and often advised to get the car checked out by a mechanic of their choice to get a better understanding of the car's condition. As far as this vehicle it was running and driving great with no check engine and free of any major mechanical problems. We do care about your concerns but you purchased this car as is with no warranty and there was not much we could do about it. Thank you

The light blue Mercedes SLK 350 still shows on CarGurus site since 3/18/18 as not sold. Today is 4/27/18. I was told that it had been sold that morning after i submitted an application and offered a higher priced vehicle. With a "sold" vehicle still showing, could this be considered as " bait and switch" practices. How long do the vehicles stay on the website after they are sold ? This can be very misleading.

By no means do we use any sales tactics of that sort, we simply wanted to let you know about a similar car that we had on the lot that was available. This dealer is very sketchy I contacted them on going to look at the vehicle but they gave me the run around about who’s car is who’s and they gave me a run around about a car fax and pricing I wouldn’t recommend them honestly

Dealer told me the car has not been in an accident, and showed me their report that confirmed no accidents. I ordered a car fax report and found out it had been in a accident involving both the front and rear end.
