It can be difficult finding a dealer worth going to but I was lucky to stumble upon 112 Auto Plaza. They did a great job walking me through the process and pricing and allowed me to have confidence in my choice. I got the car i've always wanted and couldn't be happier. Our salesman Dino was excellent! I highly recommend 122 auto plaza for a true family owned business experience!

Has interest in car, contacted the dealer. I informed the dealer that the price was listed at $15,495. I asked him to confirm that was the price before I drove to dealership. He said it is the price PLUS a $2K down payment. Dino said it is in the fine print. I have now seen multiple reviews on this dealership and unless you want to pay a lot more then listed, I would avoid them!

The price advertised on CarGurus was of course not the Cash Price - even though on their CarGurus page they have a statement saying they will honor the advertised price. Another shady dealer.

Never got to actually take a look at the car. Showed interest in car, contacted the dealer. I informed the dealer that the price was listed at 12 995. He instructed me to take a look at his website. Once there the car is not listed for 12 995. That is the finance option with an additional 3000 down. I had informed the dealership that on CarGurus the disclaimer that they have listed, the 12 995 price tag is a cash offer and will be honored. The dealer has informed me that they will not honor that 12 995 price. They informed me that they cannot sell the car at that price. I am disheartened that they will not honor information that they have provided to car gurus at their own discretion.

I personally went to dealership which was a waste of time. Before going I asked if there's any issues with vehicle I was interested in and they said no. When I got there I was told there's issues with the suv I was interested in. Then the salesman tried selling me other vehicles they had...way out of my budget. He then went to ask his manager about a potential car I maybe interested in and left me sitting there for like 15mins while he sat with his manager. While waiting a couple other sales people passed me which made me feel uncomfortable. No smiles no greeting no head nods nothing. I got up and left. Wasn't comfortable there. I'm just sharing my personal experience there but whomever Is reading this do what u want...don't say I didn't tell ya.

First, the car was not working-- it had check engine light on; then overheating and could not be test driven after I drove 100 miles to and fro to check it. The price went up by$4000 to $14,000 -to refinance!

Horrible would not recommend, ran my credit for a car just to tell me somebody else put a deposit down and they won’t let you buy a car cash classic sleepy used car salesman tactics be very careful with these people. I offered to pay cash first they said they would get back to me n never did but when I said I’d finance they got right back to me . This dealer is as shady as they come stay far away from these people

Went to see a Dodge Dart and was greeted by friendly salesmen who wanted to help rather than force a sale. I test drove the Dodge Dart I inquired about and did not like it, so they showed me a couple of other cars and ultimately decided I'd come back the next day and finance a Honda instead. Overall it was a great experience and I'm satisfied with the deal I received.

My first contact with the dealer was horrible!!! I called about my interest in vehicle and man on phone very sarcastic and nasty! First he tells me that the price of the car is actually $4000 over what was listed! When I asked why it was listed for a much lower price he said because they list what they paid for car! Then when I asked why on earth would they list the price they paid for car and then tell people a much higher price, he said they needed to make some kind of money off car!!! Still makes no sense. He was arrogant when I said every other place I inquired about a car, the price of the car was the same price when I got there to look. He then said “ we’ll then why didn’t you buy car then”? Really not his business. I asked to speak with someone else and he said nobody else was there. There were other things said during conversation but too much to type! I did speak with someone else a few days later and was told she wasn’t sure who I spoke with.

After I was assured on Friday your Dealership will have regular opening hours, I drove 90 miles on Saturday to see and test drive this car. Lights were off and no one was in the office or shop at 11am. I had to leave empty handed.

My experience with 112 Auto Plaza and Angelo started out great but then it turned into a nightmare. My Girlfriend and I with my Sister went to the dealership with the intentions of buying a Cadillac SRX. We went through the process of getting our loan approved test drove the car and after little negotiation we put down 1000.00 on the car however I only had a temporary license on me at the time and they needed the picture ID for the loan to go through so the 1000 down we put was for them to hold the car until I get my picture ID in the mail. Angelo agreed that he will hold the car and we all left content that we will get this deal done. Well After a week went by we found out on That Thursday after we put the 1000 Down The dealership sold my car to another buyer and didn't have the nerve to tell me the truth about it he lied saying it had a bad title. I only found out this as my sister saw the car in a parking lot and took pictures of it Low and behold the VIN numbers matched

Horrible!!!experience I would never refer anyone to this dealership. I spoke with a “WALTER”on Sept 9 about a 2010 BMW X6. I told him I’ll be Coming from Philadelphia (almost 2 1/2 hr drive) is there any major issues with the car ? He says “it’s at the dealership getting fix and I’ll call you when everything is ready”... he calls me on the 13th saying “its back from the dealership and everything is good. I emphasized to him again that I’ll be traveling from Philadelphia and if everything checks out I’ll be taking it home with me..he says “fine come on Saturday I’ll be there at 9.. long story short. “WALTER” was an hour late NEVER showed his face,one of the other sales men had me test drive the car, parking brake light stayed on while driving,other minor issues,inside looks like it had 5 owners, and during the ride I found out that they DIDNT HAVE TITLE for the car so I couldn’t buy it today if I wanted. Thanks for waisting my time “WALTER” and too scared to show ur LYING FACE

I found out it was a title attach that means the bank has the right 1-10 days to send the title. It's against the law to sell the vehicle without the title. We have been trying to reach you to reimbursed you for your travel expenses to come see the vehicle.
