The communication was off. I reached out to somebody about a car. They said the car was there. I made preparations to come in. Then the man never called me and when he did call me back he said the car was sold so there is a lack of communication !

We checked out a Ford ecosport. They would not negotiate even a $1. They tried to give us $800 trade for our car when it’s well above that price. After Baron the salesman saw that we weren’t willing to pay $372 a month for a car, he went and closed a deal with an older couple. He didn’t even say thank you or goodbye. He made another salesman see us out.

I had a appointment and they sold it the day before I was supposed to go out and then didn’t call and tell me. They were very responsive before so I guess they have that going for them.

I emailed inquiries on Saturday PM and Boardman Nissan responded to mine on Sunday AM which was very convenient. We test drove two vehicles and closed the deal on Monday. Very friendly staff and overall a good experience. Jack

Loraine we do apologize for the not communicating before you made the drive.  The car was sold the night before you came out and we should have relayed that information to you.  We have over 200 vehicles that come and go on a monthly basis.  We always have vehicles similar to your desired vehicle and would love to work with you to find exactly what you are looking for.  We offered a couple vehicles while you were here.

Recently made deal on truck. Salesman confirmed price agreement via text. Deal proceeded over a weeks time frame. Following day they reneged on price saying it had to be $500 more. Sales Mgr. was unwilling to back agreed to price stating 'salesman cant make that price call'. Also stated there was a $250 docking fee.....truck must also float on water too I guess!! So I called the COO, Brian and explained situation. He listened and said he'd reply ASAP....he never called back. Then later sales mgr. called me to tell me truck had been sold. Moral of the story.....Youngstown has a reputation for shady people. these people are not ethical business people. I would use caution dealing there!

Spoke to customer on phone, he had put in a sales lead on 12/4/2018 inquiring about a certain truck.  We responded to the customer via email, since there was no phone number.  The customer then provided phone number so we could text some pictures of truck, this went on sporadic for 6 days.  The customer made an offer over phone for 11500 for truck, which was priced at 13900 and listed as a fair deal on cargurus website.  The customer was invited in to see truck several times over those 6 days and in the time he went back and forth the vehicle sold. the car we had an appointment to see was sold before we got their.They had a 2016 we ended up purchasing instead,our salesman Westley was very nice and knowledgeable. All in all good experience.

I drove 70 miles to Boardman Nissan in Ohio, was told the car had never been in an accident and was in perfect condition. I bought the car on 10/10/17. A few days later I noticed the front left head light had been inexpertly repaired and there was a small dent on the bumper next to it. I can't believe those at Boardman Nissan hadn't noticed it; those detailing it couldn't have missed it. I called Boardman Nissan asking where I should take it to have it repaired. I was told that if I brought it back there they would "look at it" but refused to cover the cost of repairing it. Ohio doesn't require inspections; however, I live in a state that does and I don't know that the car will pass as it is. Believe it or not, I actually got an email from them telling me that my satisfaction was important to them. Apparently, not if it will cost them to fix what should have been properly repaired before it was put on their lot.

Initial salesman was good. In negotiations tried to get us to take home same night. Never itemized costs. Then brought manager over for negotiations, went back and forth 3 to 4 times and we never was able to strike a deal

The dealer advised on the phone that he could assist in finding the exact car we wanted. After driving 2 hours to the dealership, we were advised that it was not the case, and we were shown other cars that were on the lot. We wasted time and fuel money because the dealer gave us a pat answer on the phone instead of assisting as requested. I would avoid this dealer.
