#1 Cochran Honda Johnstown

I would have purchased this car in a heart beat! I drove 100 miles to do so, but once I arrived the agreement on price was changed only to be increased by $500. I was shocked! Most rating are positive for this dealer. I guess they simply did not want to do business with me. I had my check book open and my plate for transfer in hand - plus they had a $500 deposit they required to hold the car pending my arrival to process the purchase agreement. The deposit was processed on my VISA card and I am still waiting for the return of those funds. If they sale this car to YOU congratulations! I am looking at another one on CarMax and hope to pick it up this week.

Overall I really like my dealer, she was extremely helpful and sweet. I took a star off because when I got the car home I went to wash the vehicle the next day and found a few chips out of the window. Over all a good experience but slightly disappointed.

The car was waiting on me as soon as I got there. There were a few issues with the car and they are being taken care of. First time I ever bought a car and didn't leave with it but I would rather have it fixed first.

Dealer contacted me on my way there had car ready to take a test drive, damage from hail storms to car but was compensated for it

Although the vehicle I inquired about had been sold the night before, they contacted me promptly and ask if there were other vehicles of interest to me. They didn't have any at the moment, but asked for what vehicles interested me and if they got any in trade they would contact me.
