Didn't call back like they said they would so I bought another car from another dealer

I was in the market for a used minivan and I checked all the big dealers and found ridiculously over priced vehicles.at 1 Auto I found what I needed at a great price . When I arrived they had the van completely detailed and waiting for me to test drive . The sales staff were very knowledgeable of the vehicle ;-) and helpful. Offered me extended warranty options to protect my investment and made my out of state experience very pleasant. The sales team here made the sale low stress and easy to get in and out of the sales office tagged and out the door was very pleasant. This vehicle had no problem with my state inspection which was very impressive to me overall I give a 5 star rating for this establishment Thank you all for your assistance and for taking the dread out of the car buying experience.

Was going to purchase, but
interest rate too high. The
dealer seemed interested in
the sale. NO problems with
the dealer. My problem was
with the loan company. With
a credit score of 740 an
interest charge of 10.9
percent was out of the
question.

Car was exactly as described. Dealer was friendly and easy to work with. He was very responsive and did exactly what he said he would.

While I ultimately didn't buy the car, the dealers were really friendly and patient with all the questions I had. I felt very little pressure from them and felt comfortable discussing the car.
