2012 Volkswagen CC Luxury Review
by CAPT_Jack

One Great Car

This is my first VW and I have been nothing but pleased. You can't beat the style. The ride is smooth yet powerful. The optional navigation is spot on. The back seat is a little small for school age kids in boosters.

Avg. Dealer Rating: (8 reviews) "The good thing about this dealership is they are no pressure when it comes to checking out their vehicles. But that being said I’m still very surprised to see so many good reviews on some sites. Looking through those reviews in detail though, some of them look very suspicious to me. The reviews on this site seem much more realistic. Anyway, the real bad thing for us is that some of their sales staff lack basic social skills - they were nothing short of rude and demeaning to my wife and I. I would buy from absolutely anywhere else before I bought from here. When wife came back from trying to work out a price on a vehicle they have had out on the lot for a few weeks, she was in tears they were so rude to her. The sales person basically lectured and belittled her in a way that she thought she must have upset him. How is that anyway to do business? We get that they are a 'no-haggle' dealership, but we weren't made aware of this till we made an offer. Also, 'no-haggle' dealerships are great if the vehicles are priced right. We did our research - which really isn't hard - and found that their prices are typically around $1000-$1500 higher than they should be. If you don't mind paying more for a car for no good reason, you'll probably have a very good experience here. If you try and talk about price, you will be talked down to and belittled. I'm so upset they couldn't at least talk to my wife like an adult with some dignity and basic decency. She was polite and courteous to them, it's not too much to ask for the same in return? It's just part of being a decent person. If I could use worse words here, I'd be happy to describe these people in those terms. The ironic thing is that we probably would have come up to the asking price if they had bothered to talk to us like real people instead of children, as we need to buy quickly. But not now, as I say I'd rather buy anything else than give these guys a penny of mine."
