The 2026 Subaru Solterra offers these trims:

• Limited: This trim starts at $42,845 and adds a more upscale step up in equipment, with a 360-degree camera system included on Limited models.

What Subaru Solterra do most buyers choose?

The Subaru Solterra years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2025.

The highest-volume years tend to be the most popular used picks because they give you the broadest selection and the easiest path to comparing prices and conditions. They also usually offer the most active deal flow, which can make it simpler to find a well-priced example.

What is the Subaru Solterra's resale value?

Both model years show meaningful price declines, which is good news if you’re shopping used. The larger drop on the older year shows stronger downward movement, while the newer year has also moved down enough to improve value. The 2024 and 2023 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Subaru Solterra safe?

• 2026: 8/10
• 2024: 8/10
• 2023: 9/10

The Solterra still features Subaru’s camera-based EyeSight driver-assist system, with standard features including emergency steering assist, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, lead-vehicle-start alert, traffic sign recognition, front- and rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control.

For the safest used buy, the 2023 model posts the highest confirmed score of 9/10.

Should I buy a used Subaru Solterra now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2024 model is at −7.95% versus a year ago, and the 2023 model is at −11.51%.

Consider waiting if:

• Range & charging: Subaru expects up to 288 miles, the battery pack is 74.7 kWh, and a 10% to 80% charge should take 30 minutes.
• Tech: A 14-inch infotainment touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, along with dual USB-C ports for each row of seats and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster.
• Safety: The latest model adds a 360-degree camera system on Limited, Limited XT, and Touring XT models.
• Starting price: The base Premium trim starts at $39,945.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
