2005 Saturn L300 Review
by eanderson194

One of Saturn's best luxury cars

After having this car in our family for 8 years there has been little to no maintenance repairs required. Due in part to regularly scheduled maintenance like, oil changes and tune ups. Driving this car was fun. I received a lot of compliments from ,complete, strangers on the sleek design and beautiful rims.

Avg. Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "So I had been looking for a van online for a while and came across a new listing. The price and style were what we have been looking for. So I head over to Titan Motors to take a look at it and get a test drive. When I get there the van isn't there. It hasn't arrived yet from being shipped in from upstate New York. So I told the guy to give me a call when the van comes in. So 4 hours later he gives me a call and says that it's here and come on in and take a look at it. I tell him OK I'll be there in 20 minutes. When I get there, the van is not there. The guy said that one of his buddies took it to get takeout. So I had to wait there for 10 minutes until his buddy got back with food. When he got back it wasn't the van that they advertised online. It was an off blue purple color. The van online was a grayish blue color. This van did not have navigation or DVD like the one online showed. However I took it for spin to see how I liked it. It ran fine and I thought that since it didn't have those options and it had 35,000 miles more then what they showed online that I could use that as a negotiation tool. So I told the guy that I like it but I want to get it checked out by my mechanic friend. However he was not working because it was too late in the day so I told him that I would be back there tomorrow at 4pm. He said of course no problem see you at 4 o'clock. So I called my friend and I told him that I would like to set up an appointment to get the car inspected at 4:15 because his shop is right across the street from where this van was. So the next day we get there early, like 3:55pm with my wife, my two daughters, 2 years old, and 7 months. We get there and the van isn't there. Again! I ask him where the van is, and he said that he brought it in for a state inspection earlier that morning. So I was thinking why is it still there if he brought it in this morning, because it's already 4 o'clock. So I asked him to make a phone call to see how long it would be because we made an appointment at 4:15 to get it checked out. He made a phone call and said well there's good news and bad news. The bad news is that it failed inspection, but the good news is that it was because of a wiper blade and I told the guy at the shop to install a new blade. The guy told me that he would be going to get the van and will be back in 10 minutes. Now, that it's at the time of my appointment I told the guy to meet me at the shop to save some time since it was across the street from where we were. He said OK, no big deal. I told him that I would meet him there and that it would be faster since it's already past the time for our appointment. So we get there and I told my friend that I have a guy coming in to drop off the van and he'll be here in about 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I text the guy and ask him where he is. These are the text messages that followed: He said almost done just about to put the wiper blade on. I said OK. 15 minutes later I ask him how is it going. He said going good they're pulling the car out now. 20 minutes later I text him again, What is going on. He said putting the wiper blade on I'll be there soon. WHAT!? 15 minutes later are you almost here my friends shop is waiting because the appointment was almost an hour ago. He said sorry I had to go back and get something I'm two lights away I'll be there in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I text him we are leaving sorry. He said almost there give me a few minutes. So we gave him a few minutes, he didn't show up, he was literally across the street from where his dealership is so this is just absolutely wrong. We don't text him we just leave. I'm done with it my wife said forget about it don't worry we can find another van. So as we leave we get stuck in some rush-hour traffic and it takes us literally 25 minutes to get back to his dealership which is less than a half a mile away. Five minutes after we left he texts and says I'm here where are you? I didn't text back. We go back to his dealership and pick up my other car that we were going to use to trade in and leave. As I'm pulling away I look over in the turn lane at the traffic light and I see him in the van with another person test driving it. I'm done! it's over! do not buy from this guy! do not trust him! customer service was horrible! I hope he learns a lesson from this review zero stars NO WAIT -1 stars. "
