Customer summary
Rivian offers impressive electric vehicles with a focus on performance, luxury, and innovative features. Owners particularly appreciate the powerful electric motors, spacious cargo areas, and strong off-road capabilities. However, there are some concerns about the infotainment system and the overall cost of these vehicles. Additionally, while drivers enjoy the modern touches in the R1S, the interior space, especially in the third row, can be less accommodating than expected.

Love Rivian R1S. Only concern is whether Rivian can survive as a company long enough to ensure there are parts in the future.

Awesome! So cool! Love the frunk and gear tunnel. The ocean coast/ash wood interior looks great! Love the glass panoramic roof.
