Why it stands out
The Nissan Titan distinguishes itself in the full-size truck market with its robust standard V8 engine and impressive off-road capabilities, making it a reliable choice for adventure enthusiasts. Its thoughtful interior design includes features like Bluetooth connectivity and innovative storage solutions such as the UtiliTrack-channel system, enhancing both comfort and utility. Additionally, the Titan's reputation for reliability adds peace of mind for buyers seeking a dependable truck.
Other model years to consider
The 2019 and 2020 Nissan Titan model years present strong alternatives, thanks to their competitive pricing and high user ratings. The 2019 model, with an average price of $25,970.55 and a user rating of 4.8/5, offers excellent value along with a good deal availability of 33%. Meanwhile, the 2020 model is also appealing at an average price of $29,317.02 with a similar user rating of 4.8/5, making both options worthy considerations for buyers looking for reliable performance and favorable deals.
Model years to approach with caution
When considering the Nissan Titan, certain model years should be approached with caution due to various factors. The 2005, 2006, and 2008 models have user ratings indicating high satisfaction, yet a significant percentage of listings are not deemed good or great deals, suggesting potential overpricing in the marketplace. Similarly, while the 2016 model offers a relatively lower average price compared to newer models, its customer satisfaction rating has declined, and most listings also fall into the less favorable deal category.

What people say
The truck’s features are mostly what you need and nothing you don’t need. If you are constantly moving every couple of months and you have a small family, this truck will serve you well if you know its weight limits . Very happy with my purchase and do not regret it.
The 5 year / 100k mile warranty can’t be beat! V8 5.6 l is a beast!
This truck is probably the best value for your money in any vehicle. Being that the Titan S is pretty much the base model, it has what every modern day base model vehicle should have in features (wireless CarPlay, backup camera with parking sensors, decent size touch screen display, blind spot mirrors, etc) . Other models like the f150, ram 1500 or Chevy 1500, have very crazy unreliability compared to the Titan, I have test drove all other brands and models in the same class (base model) and 10 times out of 10 I’ll pick the Titan, not only for price but for its features and reliability.
So far, I think it’s a great vehicle. I’ve had no issues with it. Very good price.
I bought this truck after daily driving a midsize truck. It drives smaller than it actually is, as it drives more like a crossover SUV. Engine has plenty of power and sound great under throttle or on a cold start. Only con is that the hood visibility (minor con at worst in my opinion). I used to drive several Silverado 2500 HDs as work vehicles, and the Titans hood visibility is similar to that of those trucks. Overall, Id recommend the Titan if youre looking for a pickup truck outside of the big 3.
