Which Nissan LEAF trim should I buy?

The 2026 Nissan LEAF offers these trims:

• S: The entry trim uses a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a four-speaker audio system, and the 174-horsepower powertrain with a 52-kWh battery.

What Nissan LEAF do most buyers choose?

The Nissan LEAF years with the most listings are 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Those higher-volume years tend to draw the most attention because they give you more inventory to compare and more chances to find the right price and condition. They also sit close to the newest generation of the LEAF, which keeps them appealing to shoppers who want modern features without paying new-car prices.

What is the Nissan LEAF's resale value?

Most of the model years in this table are moving lower year over year, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. A few years are rising instead, showing that some LEAFs are still holding value well. The biggest drop is especially notable, while the smaller declines suggest some recent years are softening more gradually.

The 2022 model year is holding steady, with prices close to flat year-over-year.

The 2018, 2024, and 2015 model years have held their value best, with prices flat to rising year-over-year.
