Used Mercedes-Benz for Sale in Florida

They checked my credit when I told them not to do it.

I called to see was the car available to purchase cash they told me the cars are only for local customer only.

Horrible, made an appointment, called 1 hr before to confirm, got there only for the sales agent to tell me the vehicle was sold yesterday, wasted my dam time. 👎👎👎

Tried to sell a vehicle with structural damage. Just plain awful.

Truck got 6000 miles they know truck got problem and i asked any issues they told me 6000 miles 100% warranty but when I ask in writing they refused.was bad noise underneath the move about 12” after put in park.to me professional salesman have to honest and clear

Shopping for a car at Car Factory Outlet was a breeze. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything as I normally feel that way when going to dealerships. I drove away with a 2019 Hyundai Sonata! I recommend this spot when looking for a car!

Bait and switch dealership. Very shady. Would not buy from them. They advertise one vehicle but when you call to buy it they can't find it and want to sell you a higher priced vehicle. Poor communication, barely answer phone. Do not return phone calls. Claim to sell online but when you try and buy online they refuse. Terrible dealership

They would not quote me over the internet . The women told me if I was not in Miami or Broward county that I would not get worked with per their policy. I responded that I would be flying to Miami from my home in Saint Croix USVI to check out the vehicle. She never responded back.They lost a sale and a customer because they were to lazy to give me a cash out the door number. I'll never use the CFO again.

This was a very efficient transaction. Everyone involved was polite and not high pressured. I would have given the transaction a five star however they mismanaged my wire transfer delaying the delivery of the car. Overall the dealership was above board.

I typically don't write negative reviews but feel compelled to write one in this instance. I called the dealer and asked about the 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class they had for sale. The sales guy said the vehicle is no longer available but he had another for me - an Audi! If I wanted an Audi, I would have called for an Audi. This is the typical switch-and-bait tactic unscrupulous dealers use.

Worse place to buy a car. They sell broken cars. Ask for money to fix it. They are a scam. They ask for 1500. Delivery fees ex. Would never buy from them. Don't go their very unprofessional.

Told me car was there when it really wasn’t it was sold and I drove an hour just to get there they lied about the car and on top of that I had an “appointment” to go see it

Drove down from Palm beach in anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. The opening time displayed on website was 11am. Called a couple of times. After my third call was greeted by "the reason why were not answering is were close" with an attitude. Worst customer service ever dealt with. Good riddance . unable tp rate because they don't deserve a star.

Great place they couldn't get me the deal I wanted on the car I originally wanted but the general manager Bijion was amazing called me back the next day with a better deal which I ended up taking!

So far they have shown me nothing but great service, they have worked with me even me being out of state.

I think I talked with the sales manager he answered all my questions and had a salesman contact me the following day. The salesman answered my questions honestly and sent additional pictures. I think I let a good one get away!!!

Unfortunately I was unable to see car because I live in Ohio. Yes, the dealership did get back to me.

I was contacted about a different car than what I inquired about. When I told them what car I was interested in I was told it had been sold. That was a week ago and the car is still listed for sale.

Car wasn’t available after they informed me earlier in the day that it was. The test drive in the car they had was on a back street where I could barely go over 35mph. I wish I could say something positive.

We choose not to go with this truck as it didn't end up meeting our needs, but the dealer was very helpful and kind.

This was by far the best experience I had car shopping and it wasn't even a major dealership, Nader was amazing from the beginning till the end and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I will definitely refer others.

Salespeople did not contact me until I reminded. Price on site was inflated by $1300 with “extras” beyond taxes, fees and licensing. Could not not itemize, verify nor document “extras”. I did not buy the car even though I had arranged shipping and payment. Too much dishonesty

Awful! Never heard back from the Pre-Owned Sales manager Ernesto after I left him numerous voicemails. Not stated in the ad are $3k in fees if you are not there to sign in person. When I asked the receptionist about delivery, she said it's the buyers responsibility. I mentioned the price cargurus has the delivery fee for on the ad for the car and she said that was wrong. It was going to be almost double that.
