Which Lexus GX trim should I buy?

• Premium+: This adds extra convenience and comfort equipment over Premium, making it a strong value if you want more features without moving into the more specialized trims.
• Luxury: This trim leans into a more upscale experience while keeping the GX’s strong towing and everyday usability.
• Luxury+: This is the most feature-rich luxury-oriented choice, adding more equipment for shoppers who want the most comfort-focused version.
• Overtrail: This is the best-value trim for buyers who want the GX’s off-road hardware, including the locking rear differential, Multi-Terrain Select, hill-descent control, low-speed cruise control, all-terrain tires, skid plate, adaptive variable suspension, and E-KDSS.

What Lexus GX do most buyers choose?

The Lexus GX years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

These higher-volume years tend to be the most popular used picks because they give you more inventory to compare and a wider spread of prices and deal quality. They also sit close enough to the newest redesign to deliver modern features while still offering used-car value.

What is the Lexus GX's resale value?

Most GX model years are moving lower year over year, which is good news if you’re shopping used and want more room to negotiate. The biggest drops are concentrated in the newer model years, while older examples are changing more gradually. That pattern suggests you can find stronger relative value in the used market without giving up the GX’s core appeal.

The 2015, 2023, and 2014 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
