Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: Honda Sensing
• Infotainment: a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity, wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, text-messaging support, and HondaLink connected services, including Wi-Fi access and an SOS emergency call button.
• Fuel efficiency: According to the EPA, the Accord LX and EX should return 32 mpg in combined driving.

Which Honda Accord trim should I buy?

The 2023 Honda Accord offers these trims:

• LX: The base gas-only trim, with the turbocharged 1.5-liter engine, digital instrumentation, touchscreen infotainment, and Honda Sensing; it suits you if you want the entry point into the redesign.
• EX: Adds a better-equipped cabin, an eight-speaker audio system, and an available safety package with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert; it is the best-value trim if you want more comfort and convenience without moving up too far.
• Sport: The hybrid powertrain becomes standard here, and this trim adds a more engaging setup for shoppers who want the Accord’s broader efficiency and stronger standard powertrain.
• Touring: The top trim in the 2023 lineup, bringing the most upscale equipment and the most complete feature set for buyers who want the most polished Accord experience.

What Honda Accord do most buyers choose?

The Honda Accord years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2025.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you a strong mix of newer features, broad availability, and plenty of listings to compare. More inventory also makes it easier to find the right price, mileage, and equipment combination.

What is the Honda Accord's resale value?

Most Accord model years are down year over year, which is helpful if you’re shopping used and want prices that have softened. The largest drops are concentrated in the newer and mid-cycle years, while the older models show smaller changes overall. That pattern gives you a fairly broad set of choices if you want to balance price with age.

The 2015 model year is holding steady, with prices close to flat year-over-year.

The 2015, 2016, and 2014 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Honda Accord safe?

For the safest used buy, the 2014, 2021 and 2023 models all post the highest confirmed score of 9/10.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: Honda equips the 2023 Accord LX and EX with a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine making 192 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque, and the Accord LX and EX should return 32 mpg in combined driving.
