“Duramax power”
Not crazy about the interior, but otherwise I really like this truck. The performance of the 6.6 Duramax is amazing. The price is the worst thing of these trucks, mine having an msrp of over 45000 dollars...its pretty expensive. These trucks should also come with better tires, 18000 miles and mine were shot.

some conversation I offered to put a down payment to conclude the
sale at the asking price. I was told I needed to do the transaction with
another member of the firm but before I spoke with him I was informed
the truck had been sold. To my chagrin and dismay I subsequently
saw the truck was still for sale and still is as of today but they had
raised the price by a $1,000. I wrote expressing my disapointment
that they would do business that way but heard nothing further from
the dealer. "

"DONT BOTHER! RUDE STAFF!"
Stay away! Drove nearly 2 hours to
look at a used truck. After 10 minutes
of "negotiations" without them
moving one cent from their asking
price I left. Surprisingly, Art,
my "salesman" called me next day
and said he still hoped to make a
deal. I immediately came up $500.
Took him 24 HOURS to reply... When
he finally returned my call, they had
dropped $500. I immediately came
up another $1500. Thinking the ball
was rolling now. He told me he'd call
me back...THAT WAS FOUR DAYS
AGO.. Looks like these guys are
willing to deal with saps who pay
asking price and don't mind giving
away their trade-ins. They have
certainly lost the "Art" of
negotiating....and my potential
business....."

"Without a doubt the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Asking price was so fairI didn't even try to talk him down, condition and cleanliness of the vehicle was outstanding and when I showed up the keys were in it ready for a test drive.
I knew I wanted it and Mike, as a loan officer was able to expedite a pre approval application I had with visions, and had the car inspected overnight. The deal included registration fees and he helped me get the jeep transported for an installation I wanted before it was registered.
Perhaps the most impressive thing I noticed while at Auto Smart was his attention to detail with all his vehicles. I overheard him order several fixes to several vehicles before he would put them up for sale. A rare contrast to the majority of dealerships out there.
