What GMC Sierra 1500 do most buyers choose?

The GMC Sierra 1500 years with the most listings are 2025, 2023, and 2024.

Those high-volume years tend to be popular because they give you a broad mix of newer features, strong availability, and plenty of shopping choice. More listings also make it easier to compare trims, equipment, and prices before you buy.

What is the GMC Sierra 1500's resale value?

Most model years are down year over year, and several recent ones show double-digit declines. That pattern is good news if you’re shopping used, because it means newer Sierra 1500 models have become more attainable. The smaller declines on older years suggest those trucks have softened less than the newest examples.

The 2014, 2018, and 2020 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
