Great place, great staff , nice cars at a reasonable price , my only issue was I drove an hour to purchase a car and once I got there And did my paperwork I was informed that some people had just bought it like 20 minutes before me , they tried to offer me another vehicle , but I wasn’t excited about the second option, but overall my experience was great with Harold (the manager) and Kerry, great people ! I’d recommend them.

The car was a good price with the 1000 trade assistance ( I was not trading anything but was still getting the rebate) and the 1000 financing assistance but the rate was over 1.24 % higher than I could get from my own bank I guess they get a kick back from the bank or finance institutions I don’t know that to be fact!!! . With out the rebates the car was over priced about 2500 dollars. The. Salesman was great and offered as much knowledge about the car I was looking at

Fair and easy transaction. No pressure sales. Only reason for 4 stars is someone had smoked in vehicle recently (not previous owner) because dealer had vehicle for a long time.

Had a positive experience with this dealer--answered all my questions, easy to reach, and gave prompt replies. I traveled out of state to get certified pre-owned vehicle of a very particular model. They were helpful in explaining and facilitating the purchase under those out-of- state conditions. As with any used vehicle purchase, I wish there was more wiggle room on price. Still an overall positive experience.

Salesman was nice. But the sales managers did not want to honor the CarGurus price at first. It was lower than the price on dealer site. Besure to print out the price before you go to dealer. After all the bs they honored the price.

A was constantly told I’m going to email you then told I’m sorry I was on lot all day. We were in purchasing stage I was waiting for the paperwork then I received text oh sport but the vehicle just sold. This was after a week of waiting on salesman for paperwork when day 1 I said I want to purchase vehicle just need paperwork. Reviews online obviously do not lie.

We were able to take a long test drive and discover how well the car handled. Matt was fully transparent on pricing and history and we never felt pressured at any point. The dealer responded and was pleasant. The vehicle I wanted was overpriced and he couldn’t come down to suggested Kelly Blue Book value so there was no deal. I will wait to see if price is reduced further.

Was very helpful, drove car but wasn't what I wanted.

I spoke with a salesman about 2 vehicles and explained to him that I would be traveling through NC on the April 16th to stop visit his dealership. It was 8 hours out of my way but I have looking for these vehicles. I asked if he could contact me if the vehicles were sold before the 16th and he said yes. Well I got a notification from Cargurus about the vehicles being sold but I never heard from that dealership again. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would.
