“Impressive Style”

The performance is outstanding. The road handling is excellent. Family feels safe riding around in this Ford Edge. Ford did a great job designing this vehicle. Friends are surprised it is made by Ford. A vehicle I can keep for a long time and be proud of.

Without him there would be no stars in this rating. The General Sale Manager Eric Weingrad was very disrespectful. Especially for someone in management. I confirmed a date when I would purchase and pick up the vehicle I wanted with James. Eric randomly sent me a nasty emailing telling me how he is missing opportunities to sell by holding the car for me until my pick up date that was confirmed. Then told me he was putting in back on the market because others were interested, even though I was going to make the purchase. He is very unprofessional. He doesn't have the customers best interest in mind, only looking for a sale and nothing more. I truly believe if he sold someone a car and it blew up as soon as they left the lot, he would act like he didn't see it happen and cash the sales check. #Horibblemanagement "
