The Chevrolet Prizm is widely regarded for its reliability, impressive fuel economy, and practicality, making it a solid choice for daily commuting. Many owners appreciate its strong performance, particularly in winter conditions, and the low maintenance costs associated with it. However, some drivers find the Prizm lacking in excitement, with basic design features and a cramped rear seating area. Overall, it is a dependable and economical vehicle, though it may not appeal to those seeking a more stylish or powerful ride.

Bought this car car in May of 2004 with only 25K on it. It's a typical 4 door sedan, identical to the Toyota Corolla, but with a lower sticker price. The LSi package came with keyless entry, power locks, windows, and mirrors which have been a convenience over the years. The car has great visibility with no noticeable blind spots. Other than tires, battery, brakes, etc. the car has required no major repairs. Over the past 10 years, I have commuted to and from work over 300 miles a week on less than 10 gallons of gas. It"s a fairly simple, straight forward wehicle that is easy to service. It handles well with all-season tires. Steering, handling and acceleration have all been adequate for my mainly highway driving.. The car is not a showy, "fun to drive" sporty looking car, but a practical , dependable economical vehicle ideal for commuting.

This was my girl-friends car. It was in excellent condition, was well maintained and had a great design. It got great gas mileage, and we did alot of comfortable travel in it. It was a relatively compact car, but there was enough room to not be able to say I was riding in a lunch box.

The Chevy Prizm is a great value with an engine that is strong and durable. I would compare it to a Toyota Corolla.
