WE purchased the car on a Monday evening with a few items to be repaired. Brought it back that Friday, noting a few other issues to be repaired and they did not fix problems that needed repairing- side mirror being off, and major shaking with the front console, especially around the poorly fitted glove compartment. Now we need to take another day to go back and hope it gets resolved once and for all

They didn't finish the deal to my satisfaction nice Ppl though ! I paid for the car I liked when it came time to pick the car up. They told me it didn't pass inspection and needed a catalytic converter.That I needed to pay $1300 more dollars.This was after I paid in full for the car I told then I wanted my money back this is not good business in my opinion.

The vehicle they advertised did not have the options listed. There were indicators of a prior crash with body work being done to the front end despite the car be advertised as accident free. I was contacted no less then 6 times after I told them to NOT call me, the 4th caller was the "manager", calls didn't stop until I threatened to post on social media. We made our purchase at another dealer and received white glove treatment.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!! Advertising!!! Be very careful they will suck you in to sell you the cars they want to sell just to make there quoter!!! And I only gave them one star because I had to, to be able to post me review they deserve no stars! The car was not at all what it was advertise to be it didn’t have any of the features the dealer advertising it with! I drove 1hr 20mins to come and find out the car was nothing of what was posted except for the color.

Ended up buying a vehicle there, but because I bought the vehicle through wire transfer was treated like my money was no good and had to come back the next day even though I provided the information that it was in their account. If planning on buying from them, make sure you do through financing or certified bank check.

We went with a different dealership but Dan was super helpful & I would have been happy to do business with him. I would definitely recommend Twin Pine Ford.

Bernard Sampson was great; this was my first vehicle purchase and he got me a great deal on the car AND my insurance. I am 24 and just got my license in July yet he got me some amazing prices and the process was very quick. I went alone and did not feel pressured to sign/buy anything. Zero stars! One of the worst sales/service experiences I have ever had. A brief greeting email and I think texting then NOTHING.

Dealer have a quick response when I inquire about the truck, I drove there Sunday to see the truck but was close, I walk in the parking lot and check the truck, I like, but I will be back to drive and check the sale price was too high, thanks

The dealer was prompt in returning email, and called with details of the truck I was interested in. The price is a bit more than I'm willing to pay, so I'm going to keep on looking. The sales rep said they would get in touch if anything matching my list of features comes across their lot.

Car was ready when we arrived with no surprises. We purchased it shortly after the test drive. On a negative note- we weren’t happy with the salesman (although masked) being in the back seat during test drive.
