I ended up buying a newer version of the 2nd Gen Z4 (2009-2016). These cars are wonderful. I opted for the 300 HP engine. Extremely smooth and fast.
Rides very nice and an amazing amount of power 35i. Clean display across the dash. Good value in the car. We also have a hard top Miata, 2 very different cars both a lot of fun for different reasons.
It’s a great and fun car. I previously owned a 2008 Z3 and it was a blast. I would compare it to the Mazda Miata or other roadster type cars.
