"There were some problems with the van, but we discussed everything I was concerned about and we reached a price agreeable to both of us. They were easy to deal with. My only complaint would be that they didn't advise me that the oil drain plug would not unscrew becauwe it was stripped. I will ask them to replace the oil pan."

"These sales people were extremely pushy and hasty via the phone calls. Instead of continuing to answer my questions via phone they just told me to drive to airway heights. I said I was not sure I would be able to make that trip on that particular day. They continued to call, text, and email me for the next 3 days telling me they had pulled the vehicle up front and it was waiting for me even though I had not made an appointment or a trip to visit them. I felt they were just eager to make a sale but not eager to treat me with patience and respect and answer all of my questions. I would not work with this dealership again. It just left me with an overall negative feeling. "
