What Acura RDX do most buyers choose?

The Acura RDX years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

These higher-volume model years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right color, mileage, and equipment mix. They also sit in the sweet spot where newer features and broader availability often overlap.

What is the Acura RDX's resale value?

Most Acura RDX model years are moving lower year over year, which can work in your favor if you’re shopping used. The newer years show some of the largest drops, while older examples are changing more slowly. That pattern gives you more room to find value in recent inventory without paying peak prices.

The 2014, 2018, and 2017 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Should I buy a used Acura RDX now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −7.05% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −8.79%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 36.8% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 36.9%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2024 model has the most listings at a current average price of $37,595. The Acura RDX offers a roomy, well-equipped cabin with a strong blend of comfort, practicality, and driving enjoyment.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine supplies a robust 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, and the official EPA fuel economy rating is 23 mpg in combined driving.
• Tech: the infotainment system offers wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and Alexa Built-in.
• Safety: AcuraWatch is the name of the standard safety features package, and higher trim levels also offer low-speed front and rear braking and a surround-view camera system.
• Starting price: Prices range from $44,700 to $52,450, not including the $1,350 destination charge.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
