New & Used 2026 Genesis GV70 for Sale nearPomona, CA

How much does the 2026 Genesis GV70 cost?

Prices have softened 1.87% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,472 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2026 Genesis GV70 a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Genesis GV70 earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Technology, and Safety.

The GV70’s appeal comes from its refined styling, subtle exterior updates, and a cabin dominated by a wide OLED display that gives the interior a more modern feel. It also comes with standard all-wheel drive and a comprehensive software upgrade for its technology and safety systems, which helps it stay near the head of the compact luxury SUV class.

The trade-offs are worth noting: the ergonomic design is a weak point, and there’s no hybrid option. Even so, the GV70 remains a strong fit if you want a well-equipped luxury crossover that emphasizes style and technology.

36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2026 Genesis GV70 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The GV70’s reliability case is helped by its emphasis on refinement and its comprehensive safety and technology package. The refreshed model also adds software improvements, and the performance setup is built around a standard turbocharged four-cylinder with all-wheel drive, which gives you a familiar and broadly proven layout for daily use.

The cost-effectiveness notes also point to a straightforward ownership picture, with Genesis offering estimated fuel economy figures and no hybrid or plug-in hybrid complication in this model year. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the GV70’s premium features and technology-heavy cabin can make upkeep more expensive than a simpler mainstream SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Genesis GV70?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a luxury SUV with a lot of technology and driver-assistance equipment. Focus on cabin condition, screen operation, and how well the electronics and safety systems function, since those are central to the GV70’s appeal. It’s also smart to compare trims carefully so you know which convenience and safety features are included on the specific listing you’re considering.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The standard model has a polished look with a redrawn grille, two-line headlamps, and a luxurious cabin centered around a 27-inch OLED screen. Sport models add dark chrome molding, unique wheel options, and carbon-fiber-style interior trim, while the top Sport Prestige edition gets real carbon fiber across large areas. Base-trim shoppers should pay close attention to which visual and interior upgrades are missing.
• Powertrain: The base setup uses a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 300 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic and standard all-wheel drive. A 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 is available on higher trims and delivers 375 hp and 391 lb-ft for stronger acceleration.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist, Driver Attention Warning, Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance-Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance-Assist, Front and Rear Parking Distance Warning, Safe Exit Assist, Rear Occupant Alert and Forward Attention Warning. Front, Rear and Side Parking Distance Warning plus Rear Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist are added on the 2.5T Advanced and 3.5T Sport Prestige trims.
• Infotainment: The cabin features a 27-inch OLED display, OTA updates, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, customizable themes, large app icons, a 360-degree Surround View Monitor, and a digital gauge cluster with configurable views.
• Fuel efficiency: The base trim is estimated at 20 mpg city and 28 mpg highway, while the 2.5T Sport Prestige drops to 21-inch tires and 26 mpg highway. With the larger engine, estimates fall to 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.

Which 2026 Genesis GV70 trim should I buy?

The 2026 Genesis GV70 is offered in 5 trim levels: 2.5T, 2.5T Select, 2.5T Advanced, 3.5T Sport Advanced, 3.5T Sport Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• 2.5T: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the GV70’s core strengths: standard all-wheel drive, the 300-hp turbo four-cylinder, and the refreshed cabin with the wide OLED display. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and are comfortable keeping the feature set simpler.
• 2.5T Select: This trim adds a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and upgraded aluminum trim, making it a better everyday value if you want more comfort and convenience without jumping too far up the price ladder.
• 2.5T Advanced: This is the best-value trim in the lineup because it adds an excellent Bang & Olufsen audio system, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, leather seating surfaces and more. It’s the sweet spot if you want the GV70 to feel properly luxurious without moving into the pricier V6 models.
• 3.5T Sport Advanced: Choose this if you want the stronger twin-turbo V6 and the more performance-focused character that comes with it. It’s the right move if acceleration matters more to you than maximizing value.
• 3.5T Sport Prestige: This is the top-spec choice, with the V6, the most upscale presentation, and the fullest feature set. It suits you if you want the most complete GV70 and are willing to pay for it.

The safety package is especially generous, and stepping up to the 2.5T Advanced or 3.5T Sport Prestige brings additional parking-assist features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Genesis GV70?

The market looks moderately favorable if you’re a selective buyer who wants to compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,472 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.87% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $51,564, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2026 Genesis GV70's resale value?

The current average of $53,003 sits slightly below last year's $54,011.

That modest decline suggests the market has softened a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. The current range still sits tightly around the average, which points to a relatively stable market rather than a sharp drop. If you buy well and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you should have a reasonable path to preserving value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2026 Genesis GV70 safe?

The 2026 Genesis GV70 has not yet been tested by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, but the 2025 Genesis GV70 was rated a Top Safety Pick+ and past versions have earned five-star ratings from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

The GV70 comes with a comprehensive safety suite that includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist, Driver Attention Warning, Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance-Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance-Assist, Front and Rear Parking Distance Warning, Safe Exit Assist, Rear Occupant Alert and Forward Attention Warning. Highway Driving Assist also uses capacitive sensors to detect your hands on the steering wheel, and it proved reliable in testing despite a bit of side-to-side movement within the lane.

A trim-level caveat is that Front, Rear and Side Parking Distance Warning plus Rear Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist are reserved for the 2.5T Advanced and 3.5T Sport Prestige trims. The main safety takeaway is that the refreshed 2026 model is expected to remain strong, but its newest crash-test results are still pending.

Should I buy a 2026 Genesis GV70 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.87% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The refreshed model brings a very wide 27-inch OLED display, a comprehensive software upgrade, and updated safety and tech systems.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest GV70 with the latest cabin tech and a strong mix of luxury, safety, and standard all-wheel drive, the 2026 is the one to target. If your priority is saving money, a nearby model year may offer a lower entry price, but you’ll be giving up some of the refreshed interior and software updates that define this version.
