Is the 2026 BMW i5 a good car?
The 2026 BMW i5 is a favorable choice based on CarGurus market data. You’re looking at 154 listings, with 42.9% of them priced as good or great deals, which gives you a solid mix of availability and value.
What should I look for when buying a used 2026 BMW i5?
Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s condition matches the listing details. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the battery-related systems, charging equipment, tires, brakes, and interior wear, since those are the areas where condition differences can matter most on a used EV. If possible, focus on examples with consistent maintenance records and clear ownership history.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 BMW i5?
It’s a buyer-friendly moment if you’re shopping for a used 2026 BMW i5, with enough inventory to compare options and a meaningful share of listings priced competitively.
- Deal availability: 42.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 154 listings available.
- Clean inventory: 98.1% of listings are accident-free.
Should I buy a 2026 BMW i5 or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2026 if:
- 42.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
The bottom line: The 2026 BMW i5 looks like the right pick if you want the current-year version and you value strong deal availability alongside very clean inventory. If you’re more price-sensitive, it can also make sense to compare nearby model years and focus on the best-equipped example in the best condition rather than the newest badge.
